  I’ve been a regular customer at this Enterprise location for over two years, and there’s a reason I keep coming back. Jonathan, Davron, Jordin, and Dario are absolutely wonderful. I rent cars pretty often — sometimes for just a few days, sometimes for longer periods — and they already know me and what kind of cars I prefer. When I call or make a reservation, I often hear, “We know what you like — we have this or this option for you.” 😊 That kind of personal attention really makes a difference. Even when they’re sold out or don’t have exactly what I reserved, they always do their best to find me something and then get me into the right car as soon as possible. Extensions or changes are always easy — I can just call, and they genuinely try to help instead of making everything complicated. I’ll admit, I can be a picky customer when it comes to cars 😂, but these guys are always friendly, patient, helpful, and happy to see me. Before becoming a regular here, I used to rent from Sixt, but the personal treatment and loyalty I get from this Enterprise team are a huge reason I stayed with them. After more than two years, it honestly feels good to walk into a rental office where people know you, remember your preferences, smile when they see you, and actually care about keeping you as a customer.   Renting a car from Enterprise was very good. The customer service was excellent and I was very satisfied with the rental car itself. They will always try to satisfy your expectations.

  Leaving a review for my mother who insisted that I do. She went to rent a car from sunny isles I couldn’t be with her because of work obligations and she told me that an employee by the name Gardy took his time to guide her through the process not rushing her and making sure that she had everything set up including her CarPlay she just wanted to let it be known the kindness that he showed. Even though it was busy. Thank you
