    Went there to pick up the car after reservations and they said there is glitch in their system and the car wasn’t available. They didn’t even know if the car would be available today or not. Tried to get any other cars but despite being showed available on their site that said they had no cars available. Poor management.

    The owner Christopher, does not update his website to ensure that you’re rental car is in stock. I went today to pick up my rental car, just to be told they don’t have any cars available. There were no alternative options. The staff didn’t know when cars were coming back, telling me that it’s first come first serve and that the website doesn’t guarantee anything. Worst service I have experienced by far for a rental car service and a complete waste of time.

    Iba a poner 1 estrella porque fui a buscar mi carro que habia reservado 2 semanas antes y no estaba y no me dieron ninguna solucion. A pesar de esto Jonathan Loria me atendio muy bien y me ayudo buscando una solucion en otras sucursal.

    Helped my guests to rent a car from them last summer. The price changes only twice. Land Rover Discovery. $1800 something. Check engine came of within a day. I’m giving 3 and that’s exactly where it is.
