  Zero Stars. Absolutely Unacceptable Customer Service.-16850 Collins Ave-Sunny Isles location After being hospitalized for 3 days due to a medical emergency, I arrived at this Enterprise location in a wheelchair, freshly discharged from the hospital, exhausted and trying to make it to our hotel before checkout. My husband and I had reserved and checked in for our vehicle hours earlier, and George personally confirmed that a car would be ready for us. Instead, we sat in the lobby for nearly an hour only to be told our reserved vehicle had been given away. While I sat there visibly weak and recovering, the staff showed little urgency, empathy, or professionalism. George refused to get the manager when requested, and when the manager finally came out, the response was simply, “We’re only human, we made a mistake.” Mistakes happen. What’s unacceptable is the dismissive attitude, lack of accountability, and complete disregard for a customer clearly coming straight from the hospital. This was one of the most unprofessional and insensitive customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered.

  This neighborhood location is great. I’ve lived in Sunny isles for 5 years. They’re always friendly and helpful. George has always been super accommodating. Don’t rent from anywhere else locally coming from experience!

  always good service here. Had a new guy Nate this time, he kept up he good reputation here. I travel for work, always use this location for rentals.

  3.3 rating on Google, seriously? We rented a car for 3 days. It was clean, new, and reliable. We drove to Tampa and back with no issues at all. The staff was polite and professional. We walked in, and 10 minutes later we were leaving with the car. Returning it was even easier- just a couple of minutes, paid, and left. What exactly could someone have been so unhappy about to drag the rating down that much? Rhetorical question.
