  I rent a car from alamo in Miami International each week for work. I went last night using the same exact credit card the week before. I was helped by a friendly alamo employee at the kiosk and then Was told to keep my ID to leave the building. I then go downstairs to get the car and meet manager, Andres De Ocha. He tells me to go to row 1and keep my ID near. I go to the gate, I then need the credit card in which I just used but gave to my family after I purchased the rental because their lack of being efficient they don't tell me I will need the card too . So I not only had to inconvience my family to turn around to come back to the airport but waited for 20 mins behind our schedule event. Then I get the card, hop back in the car, drive to the gate while noticing Andres following me through the parking lot and he called another manager Christopher Orbe to get involved. I get to the booth and they say something on my card doesn't flash under their black light. I need to go upstairs to speak to Norman, ANOTHER MANAGER! When I get up there , ANDRES Radioed THE POLICE! I was surrounded by 5 officers who then told me they are susupecting my card is fraudulent, so then I tell them call the card company. Norman agreed, 4 officers and two employees went to verify everything. While I was waiting I noticed the teller who helped me the week earlier who TOLD NORMAN I was telling the truth, and another manager a week before approved of this. Still nothing, I waited, everything checked out to be legit, they gave my ID and credit card back I went back to the rental to find out Andres who already clocks out and leaves for the day, the one who STARTS this irate situation PUSHED HIS mess onto other employees who don't know what the hell was going on. Tells Norman I cannot rent wit Alamo cancels my rental agreement because I was "High risk". How can I possibly be high risk when I have Melissa Alcade HEAD customer service rep in my email requesting me as a PERFERRED customer to submit a customer review about the vehicleS I've rented, how could I be at high risks and I'm a returning customer WEEKLY?! How can I be at "high risk" and the police identified me and my items????? Define "HIGH RISK" I ask Norman he just said we have to review your account. So they canceled my contact, told me they would return the money 5-7 business days. So I couldn't rent from another agency last night I'm pretty sure because the police caused a scene, I didn't have the money back on the card and no rental. This is how you treat a perferred customer, WOW! Thanks Alamo for putting someone in a leadership position like that who wouldn't even bother to help, he wanted me to be arrested, he wanted me not to leave with the rental cause I asked both Andres and Christopher to come with me upstairs to resolve this, no they didn't they used their ear piece pushed me away, CALLED THE POLICE and wiped their hands! i followed up with the police complaint! renting from these people they WILL NOT go far for their customers they will just call the police and make it look like your a criminal, charge your card, then question your identity! Just like I told Norman, I will be contacting a attorney and Jermey their boss! But they seem to not know how to get in contact with him either.....
