  My tire blew on 441 on the way home from work. So in an emergency i called these amazing gentleman. Kameron and Ivy came out to my car and took my tire off. They went and mounted and balanced my new tire, came back and replaced it, and then let me follow them back to their shop to pay for my tire. 10/10 service and experience. I will absolutely be going back in the future.

  My daughter’s experience was not good at all. She took our vehicle to Mavis Tire & Brakes located at Walt Disney Car Care Center - Orlando. The initial service was for oil & filter change, tire rotation and brake pad inspection. Was informed work would be completed in around 2-hours. She received a call saying that there was a front (drivers side) axle seal leak. I informed her to have them make the repair. They did not indicate any issues of completing this work that same day. She called to check status and they told her it would be another day or two before vehicle was finished. She let them know that she was not made aware of that timing. She only has that vehicle and needed it back to get to work the following days. She had a friend drop her off and taking her back to vehicle when work was completed that day. She was upset and felt being taken advantage of. They mentioned since she was not informed of delay that they would try to move up. They ended up completing the work that same day. She was confused how this could happen and not sure she will go back to this location again. I had good luck with Tire Choice in Summerfield , FL. during my 2-previous visits for this vehicle service. Disappointing to hear that my daughter had this experience.
