They are always nice and wonderful customer service! They even look out for you! Especially Jason, Mike, Dan, Travis! Also at great prices! This place is better than the nightmare of Walmart. If you are looking at good quality tires and services for great prices that isn't walmart come here! Plus great customer service! I will always come back here!

I called on a Saturday morning, and they said they could get a new tire delivered to the shop by Monday midday. Everything went as I was told, they jumped on it immediately, and I was on the road back to SC by 1:30. Couldn't be happier with the experience. I highly recommend this place for tires.

I’ve been here multiple times now, and every single experience has been amazing. Mike is usually the one who takes care of me and my boyfriend, and he has always gone above and beyond for us, but honestly the entire staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. They actually make you feel like a person, not just another customer walking through the door. What I appreciate most is that I’ve NEVER felt like they were trying to take advantage of me or sell me things I didn’t need. I’ve been to other places for something as simple as an oil change and walked out being told I needed this filter, that filter, and another $20 here and $40 there until suddenly a basic service costs way more than expected. I have never gotten that feeling here. If something needs attention, they explain it. If it doesn’t, they aren’t trying to convince you otherwise. They have even been incredibly understanding and willing to work with me during a time when money was tight and I desperately needed two new tires. That meant more to me than they probably realize. At this point, I can pretty much just pull up and know I’m going to be taken care of. 😂 It’s hard to find a shop you genuinely trust, especially when you don’t know everything about cars, but this is one of those places. Huge thank you to Mike and the entire Summerfield team for always being kind, honest, and taking such good care of us. You’ve definitely earned two loyal customers. ❤️ I recommend this location 100%!
