These people completely screwed me over, they charged me 1000 dollars for a window they did not fix, charged me under labor for brake parks, charged me for the most expensive window switch part they could find. When I contacted the bank to file a claim they lied to them saying the job was done properly. They guys are crooks! Stay away from them!

Nice people here and they did a good wheel alignment on my car I didn't have any issues or complaints.
I replaced a lot of parts tie rods rack and pinion and they did a great job no complaints.
They took in my job an hour before a closing which I thought was nice of them.
I'm thinking about replacing some tires that I purchased at Walmart but the tires are not warn but I'm not happy with him and I want better quality tires so I might give them a shot and see what kind of prices they come up with.

Back in September, I brought my Denali to this particular Mavis and asked them to inspect my vehicle. Tell me what I needed because I had a long trip to move out of state coming up about 1800 miles. They said my sway bars looked like they needed to be swapped brakes rotors tires were due shocks and struts were close to you so they said let’s go ahead and do those two I said while we’re down there, how does everything else look the statement was that the control arms CV axle and shaft and ball joints all looked phenomenal and didn’t even need to be touched. Sounds wonderful. They called me a few hours later I came and picked up my car and I proceeded with my 1800 mile drive I got from Summerfield Florida to Tennessee with a little bit of a wobble and a rattle that I didn’t have beforehand. Then from Knoxville down here to our new home in Louisiana the wobble was worse, but it wasn’t until we got here that the wobble was not just a wobble. It was a clunking broken jack in the box clinking with violent shaking. I proceeded to bring my vehicle to the Mavis local to my new home and they put the car up on the lift to find that the Summerfield store did not even attach this driver side, shock and strut assembly to the vehicle. I drove 1800 miles with my entire family my children, my dogs in this death trap of a vehicle. The local store fixed what they found was messed up from the original failed installation, but they missed where the original installation job had stated that the CV’s were in excellent condition and then only replaced the CV axle and shaft for the driver side rather than both, even though the passenger side suffered severe damage from overcompensation and improper installation of the drivers side, drivetrain and suspension. The regional manager for Summerfield talks to me like I’m a moron because I’m a woman but the store that has been making all of the repairs for his stores mistake has stated multiple times that they don’t disagree with me and that I need to come to a resolution with the regional for Summerfield. I should not be one over $1000 in the hole for rental costs for damage that never would’ve happened. Had I never gone to his store in the first place my car would’ve made the 1800 mile drive with bad swaybar links and I dealt with it would’ve been way better than having to have my car in the shop for the last six months on and off dumping ungodly amounts of money into rental fees to keep my family of six moving and on the road, and the most detrimental part of all of this is the vehicle that Mavis damaged in Florida is my work vehicle. I am a rideshare driver my vehicle safety is my primary concern not only for my babies but my passengers…and I would be $7000 richer had I never set foot in Arthur’s store.
