  I put my rv up on consignment they gave me a quote on them buying it and if they listed it for me and a small list to fix $1200 dollars they had it for a month they called me back and said it would cost $15,000 dollars to fix it . So I informed them I was picking it up told them 2 days in advance to shane I was coming . The day of picking it up they had no idea about the pickup sat there for 3 hours cause they couldn't find it . Finally got it out front then they gave me a lowball price cause they where trying to get me to pay the $15,000 to fix a slide out that was never brought up on day one inspection. I ending up selling it for way less then the said in the beginning. Called back 2 days later they couldn't find it again another store got it . Days later the finally gave me a check for it and 2 months later my driver's license got suspended I called back and asked if the turned in my tag or re-registered it and they said no and couldn't find my tag or the original contract on the rv . I would not recommend camping World to my worst enemy . And will never deal w them again . They are a joke to the rv business thanks james

  I had my camper trailer in there shop for body damage. They were pulling the trailer around to the parking lot for me and the tire blew out. The service writer told me they ran over something in the parking lot and it blew the tire He said they were gonna put on a new Carlile tire for me then 30 minutes later he calls me and tells me they’re gonna put a used five-year-old tire on and it was a blowout because the tire was defective So whatever the truth is only they will know but I think not putting on a new tire on a 2022 camper trailer that only had 3500 miles on my tires is not very customer service friendly I told the service manager, I was very displeased with that decision He said he’s not gonna argue with me. That’s what it is. So I waited two hours for them to put a used tire on my camper trailer? What is my time worth? I could change the tire myself 15 minutes or less they have the equipment to do it. Bad experience after waiting two months for repairs to my camper trailer

  DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR BUSINESS! if I could give 0 stars I would.. 1. When we started the process of buying our camper, they failed to mention that the sales manager helping us was not familiar with out-of-state sales and financed us with a bank who did not do loans in our state. That was a whole fiasco. 2. Bribed us into getting the detailing package. When we received the camper, It wasn’t even clean. I’m not sure what we paid for?? 3. Finance lady Ally completely stopped responding to all of our text. Once the deal went through, any questions you have afterwards might as well not even ask them because they won’t be answered. It’s been two months and over 5 messages sent. ONCE THEY GET YOUR MONEY✌🏻 4. After telling them the address we needed our license plate shipped to, they still managed to ship it to whatever address they thought was right because they do not know how to communicate with each other.. been 2 months STILL don’t have our license plate! 5. After finding out about our license plate, the front desk got me in touch with the title lady Melissa she seemed to be nice and like she was really going to help. That all went down the drain when she thought she hung up the phone, then began to talk crap about how our situation seem fishy because we didn’t live at our old address anymore. Cussed as soon as she thought she hungup. Went on and on to her co worker about how it doesn’t make sense and how it’s not her fault that the license plate went to the wrong address. Has a horrible attitude and maybe next time she should make sure the phone actually hung up before continuing to talk shit about customers. Haven’t heard from her in three days after leaving multiple messages and tried getting in touch with her. (might want to get a different job if you’re so miserable ma’am) 6. After the situation with Melissa, tried to get in touch with the general manager to get this figured out, but of course he’s busy. If you get anything out of this review, PLEASE just know to steer clear of Camping world all together especially this location!!!!

  I wanted to take a moment to recognize Dylan in the service department for providing outstanding customer service. He was incredibly friendly, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. He was able to get us scheduled on a Saturday, which was very convenient, especially since they knew we were traveling and on the road, and the service took much less time than we expected. What impressed me most was that there was absolutely no pressure or upselling. Dylan was honest and straightforward, which is something we truly appreciated. Our trailer's lug nuts were severely rusted, and we expected they would need to be replaced. Instead, the team took the time to clean them up, and they ended up looking almost brand new. We were very impressed with the results. To top it all off, the price was significantly lower than any other quote we received. At around $250 to repack the bearings, Camping World provided exceptional value and quality service. Thank you, Dylan and the entire service team, for a great experience. We will definitely be back and highly recommend your service department to others!

  I recently purchased a 2026 Coleman 13S from Camping World in Summerfield, and I wanted to recognize Micel Desjardins for the outstanding service she provided throughout the entire process. Buying an RV is a big decision, and I had a lot of questions before making my purchase. Micel was always patient, professional, and willing to take the time to explain things and answer my questions. At no point did I feel pressured, which I really appreciated. As someone who tends to research everything and ask a lot of questions before making a purchase, I especially appreciated her patience and willingness to help. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and always treated me with respect. What stood out most to me was that she genuinely seemed to care about helping me rather than simply making a sale. She followed up with me after the purchase to make sure everything was going well and even took the time to check on me again afterward. Customer service like that is becoming harder to find these days. I wanted to take a moment to thank Micel for all of her help and professionalism. She was a pleasure to work with, and I would gladly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase an RV.
