  They didn’t tell us how much of an extra charge the gap insurance would be until after the loan was signed and then told us there was nothing we could do about it. Don’t do business with this place. Very shady salesmen.

  Too large. I don't like wandering around and looking at the same trailers over and over. Going around in circles was not fun with a salesperson that didn't seem to know where the trailers were that we might be interested to see.

  Excellent professional customer service at the parts department. I had an emergency in the electrical system on my fifth wheel. I contacted Camping World on 14200 Highway 441 , and luckily I got assistant by Glenn Gratz who was very patient and took his time to educate me about what I should do and how I should test and figure out what's wrong. After I follow his instruction we figure out the problem. I provide him the model number of the parts and he find the correct replacement for my parts. Furthermore, he took his time to explain how to replace and install the new parts. Basically he save me a lot of time and money so I avoid bringing a technician. I received a great customer service from Glenn Gratz.

  I did not end up buying from Camping world. I still give them high marks for the integrity of their sales man Roberto. He was beyond professional he was not afraid to tell us no whenever we looked at RV's that were beyond the capability of our tow vehicle. We will recommend him to anyone that is looking for an RV.

  They do have a lot of inventory, they do have some good people it seems, but my experience was horrid. Took my rv up to them because the corp office made an offer to buy it, took it to them, they found damage on the roof, my insurance paid 100% for them to repair, as soon as my insurance company approved the claim, complete ghosting from Shane, this ended up with me having to go weeks later to get my RV because no one would call me back, the only call I got was telling me they wanted $998 to change 4 tires on a travel trailer when I brought them the tires. I was even told I was part to blame because I did not tell the business what was going on, how do you not wonder why an RV has spent 3 weeks taking up real-estate on you lot? As I said, I talked to 2 people that seemed to have a clue, but the full experience and result was a complete disappointment and puts me in a position to never go to this place again. Any place that sends a quote to change 4 tires supplied to them for $998 has no shame, dignity or care for customers, any management that can't see this as a serious issue is not doing the business any justice.
