    We purchased a brand new trailer 1 month ago. We booked a vacation on May 31, 2026. We got ready to leave and no power. My husband spent almost 8 hours trying to see what was wrong. Meanwhile we called camping world in summerfield Fla at 11:00. We were told the service department wasn't open till Monday. It's still under warranty and yet know one took the effort to have someone to come out or have the service manager to call to see if my husband could fix it. So here is a trip that we can cancel but will not get our money back. You would think the manager in charge would have gotten a hold of the service manager or someone to call us. Instead we were told to call a rv service to come out. And both rv services has yet to return our call.You would think if the store is open 7 says a week they would also have a service person working. More will be told about our experience with camping world. Also the rv services were giving to us by camping world. The next day on Monday at 9:00 we took the rv in and service did take us in right away and fixed the problem. We left at 1:00 and went home and manage to save 5 days of our vacation. The service lady and Deacon made things right.

    Camping world is not have a dump station available to the public for RVs as stated on Google.

    Camping World has let me down twice now. Parts couldn't find me an awning for my Sprinter. Said he would check for me and give me a call. Never called me to let me know if they could or couldn't get an awning even though they had a Sprinter on the show room floor with an awning!
