  Another second to none experience with Wallace Volvo. Cisco (Sales Manager), Sharon (Sales and Leasing Consultant), and Kelley (Finance Manager) were a pleasure to deal with while getting my new Volvo. Also, the service department is outstanding. Dawn (Service Manager) always makes getting service a wonderful experience. Thanks to each one of you. Your dedication, true caring, and passion for what you do is truly refreshing!

  I just traded in my Subaru Forester for an XC60 and have to give a huge shoutout to Aaron for making the whole thing surprisingly pain-free. He was patient with me (I asked a LOT of questions), wasn't pushy, and was just really kind the whole way through. Everything moved quickly too, I wasn't sitting around all day. Actually, everyone I dealt with, from sales to service, was friendly and knowledgeable. If you're in the market for a Volvo, go find Aaron. Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

  Today, I brought my Volvo Lease in for its last service before I turn in. Jared in Service was professional, informative and helpful. The courtesy shuttle was not offer in the area I need, so he was able to help with a loan vehicle, which was a life saver. Thank you to the Team, I have been leasing from Volvo for about 6 years and they have always been helpful. Service has become easier to schedule in the last couple years, it wasn't always that way. I'll stay I'm not looking forward to the bill after turn in, but I'm happy I got the Volvo experience.

  About two weeks ago, a car my wife liked and that fit within our budget popped up on our social media feed. The next day, we decided to head over to take a look and go for a test drive. Since it was a last-minute decision, we didn’t have anyone available to watch our two young boys (ages 4 and 1). Fortunately, we were greeted by Jason as soon as we arrived. Although the vehicle we originally came to see had been sold earlier that day, Jason quickly offered another option that had just arrived and met many of our expectations. Even while we were juggling our kids during the visit, Jason remained patient, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. We didn’t finalize the purchase right away because we still had a few things to take care of, but Jason stayed in touch, kept us updated with pending information, and followed up consistently to help get the deal done. We truly appreciated the great customer service and positive experience.
