  Great experience renting from the Stuart, FL Enterprise location. I have had to rent different vehicles for numerous situations. These include a car accident that totaled a car and I needed a rental for a long period of time. Traveling with more people than usual and needed a larger vehicle..

  This will be my last time renting at this location. I reserved a full size vehicle for a week. I received a Mitsubishi Eclipse Cross Compact SUV. HORRIBLE vehicle. Not comfortable at all for a six hour ride and horrible gas mileage. Please note COMPACT SUV and not a full size vehicle which is what I reserved. I suffered through it as I was not able to get it switched at another location. Next upon my return, I forgot my Sunpass transponder in the car. I take ownership of my part in this. However once whoever cleaned the car noticed it they should have turned it in. It was not in the lost and found at Enterprise. I called immediately and was told it wasn't in the vehicle. Got there it wasn't in the 'box'. You would think they would have a better process when items are left behind, besides simply throwing them in the box! Seems as though things have gone downhill since Augie left. I was truly disappointed.

  Enterprise is a fantastic rental place in general - but this location makes it so easy!!! Drop off was quick, easy, and most importantly the staff is kind. Great job to all workers and GM! I’ll make sure to book with this location in the future when I need a quick and clean rental.

  Unbelievably poor customer service- after checking out for my reserved vehicle - A 45+ minute wait, in a lobby full of others waiting- just to be put into a vehicle! They made everyone feel like they were doing us all a huge favor, to finally be put in our vehicles! They are washing cars being returned, trying to flip vehicles, and leaving everyone just waiting!!! They are clearly taking reservations they can’t fill, and do not have enough vehicles!! No apologies, just doing us a favor!

  I don’t write many reviews, but I wanted to take a moment to recognize the team at the Enterprise location in Stuart, Florida. Over the last approximately 2½ months, I found myself in a very long and complicated vehicle repair process that required me to remain in rental vehicles far longer than anyone originally anticipated. The situation itself was often stressful and involved a lot of moving pieces outside of Enterprise’s control. Throughout that entire process, however, the team at Enterprise was consistently professional, respectful, helpful, and friendly. Whether I was picking up a vehicle, exchanging a vehicle, extending a rental, or simply asking questions, every interaction was positive. I’d especially like to recognize Assistant Branch Rental Manager Alan Stevenson, along with Management Trainees Dorian Jones, Peter Cowley, and Raul Fabian. While their roles may differ, every one of them treated me with respect, took the time to answer questions, and made an already difficult situation significantly easier to navigate. I’d also like to recognize the woman who answered the phone for what felt like a baker’s dozen rental extensions over the course of this process. Unfortunately, I don’t know your name, but you were always patient, kind, and helpful every time I called. After that many extension requests, I’m sure you were just as ready for this ordeal to be over as I was. When you’re dealing with a stressful situation, you remember the people who make it harder—and you also remember the people who make it easier. This team consistently did the latter. Thank you all for your professionalism, patience, and outstanding customer service.
