  All the employees I observed were extremely professional and very friendly. They genuinely seemed happy to be there and provide excellent customer service.

  On the first morning after we picked up our rental car, I went to drive it and a warning light came on saying the left front tire was low on air. The rental agency we pick the car up at was closed for the weekend. I went to Firestone and they kindly filled the tire and checked the others. They found a nail in the tire and said there was a slow leak. I called Enterprise Roadside Assistance phone number I found online. The first question they asked was, "are you safe?" I appreciated that. I told them the problem and they told me of another Enterprise facility that was closest to where I was that was open, and that I could return my rental car for another car. I drove there, and they replaced my car in no time. Thanks Enterprise for handling the matter promptly.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have rented from the Enterprise location in Stuart many times, and I want to take a moment to recognize the entire team. Every time I visit, I am met with friendly, professional, and welcoming service. It is clear that customer service is important to this team, and it makes a difference. That said, I would especially like to recognize Makai Sawtelle, because he consistently goes above and beyond. As a frequent customer, Makai actually remembers my name and my family. No matter how busy the location is, he always takes the time to greet us, ask how we’re doing, and make us feel welcome. That kind of personal attention is something you don’t forget. Makai is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what Enterprise has to offer, including the different vehicles and their features. He is thorough and makes sure you understand everything, but he is also extremely efficient and gets you on your way quickly. He manages to provide exceptional attention without ever making you feel rushed. What stands out most is that his service feels genuine. It doesn’t feel like he is simply going through the motions. He remembers his customers, he pays attention, and he genuinely seems to care about making sure people have a great experience. I have continued to rent from this location many times, and employees like Makai are a big part of why I feel comfortable coming back. I hope Enterprise management takes the time to recognize Makai for the outstanding job he is doing. He is an excellent representative of Enterprise and demonstrates exactly what exceptional customer service should look like. Thank you to the entire Stuart Enterprise team for always making the rental experience pleasant — and a very special thank you to Makai for consistently going that extra mile.   I can't say enough good things about my experience renting from Enterprise, thanks to Noah, the branch manager. From pickup to drop off, he was attentive, kind, and genuinely made sure we were taken care of. He went above and beyond by getting us a tire inflator for the trip, just in case we ran into any trouble on the road. That kind of thoughtfulness is rare. The customer service was truly top notch, and Noah made the whole process easy and pleasant. I'll definitely be renting from this location again!

  I had an exceptional experience with Dorian! I was dropped off by the Wallace Chevrolet courtesy shuttle, as they had arranged my rental while my vehicle was being repaired. Dorian greeted me outside as I exited the shuttle, already holding the door open for me. He quickly reviewed the rental details, walked me to the vehicle, and thoroughly completed the inspection. Rather than keeping us standing in the Florida heat, he started the car so the A/C could cool it down and had us sit comfortably inside while he completed everything on his tablet. Throughout the process, he was extremely personable and professional, making friendly conversation that felt natural and made the experience even more pleasant. I normally use another preferred Enterprise location, so I genuinely had to do a double take at the sign because the service was that impressive! A few days later, I noticed on Dorian’s business card that he is a Manager in Training. I made sure to share my experience with his manager because Dorian deserves his flowers. His professionalism, initiative, personable nature, and attention to the customer experience are exactly what you want in a manager. I hope that promotion comes soon! Great job, Dorian, and thank you to the entire team!
