- AGAndrea GallagherOct 5, 20261.0Horrible this is the second time my husband and I have had a bad experience in this store first my husband is 67 years old and was denied a tobacco purchase due to a slight bend in his I.d. That employee was very rude and nasty when that happened. Then just this morning my husband and I had a incident where he stuck our card in for 61.30 the transaction was approved then stuck it back in for 57.40 then it was declined which both came to my phone then I went into the store and instead of giving your customer a chance to figure out what was going on your employee proceeded to argue with me . First and foremost I know my money your employees have no business whatsoever calling a customer a liar by arguing with them. I was trying to tell my husband before I got cut off by your rude employees to hold on a minute it may have bounced back . When she got very rude and proceeded to argue with me Your employees need to be trained on patience and being nice instead of arguing with customers I'm not the type to contact corporate but this is the second terrible experience and corporate is being contacted
