  This is the absolute worst place. Dont ever rent from here. They will leave you stranded and high and dry. They dont care. My husband car broke down here yesterday at 445pm about 2 miles from this location. I called enterprise to see if was even an option to rent a car being it was so closing time. Person I talked to told me yes, I just had to be there within the hour. I asked if the office would stay open specifically for him as he would be there shortly after 5. Again, was told yes. My husband and son got an Uber and made it to the store at 502pm. Representative was walking out and told him there was nothing they would do for him as it was after 5 and they closed. He walked past my husband and got in his car and left. Baffled, I called customer service and advised of what happened. Their offer was to have someone come from JAX to pick them up and take them back to JAX to rent a car. I added if the original booking would still stand, she advised yes. Husband needed to wait for a call to get picked up. Call never came. I called back to customer service and asked if he could go to gainesville as it was closer. Customer service said yes but they dont offer pick up. Original booking would still stand but needed to talk to manager at airport. Got to gainesville airport and was told there was no manager and car couldn't be rented. Manager would be there in 90 minutes and would talk to him. Manager never came to talk to my husband. I called customer service again and was told the only solution now is to wait for the resolution team to call. There is no time frame for whe. They would call. My husband and some were left stranded 3 hours from home all because this location. Its been 22 hours and STILL no call from the resolution team. Enterprise totally dropped the ball and still have not resolved anything. Failure after failure.

  They have a new guy named Josh very rude and didn’t help at all I will not be going through Starke enterprise anymore

  Picked my rental up here was in and out in 5 minutes. Very fast and friendly. Will definitely do business here again.
