  They did an awesome job with changing my 2 front tires on my 2018 Dodge Durango and guy also explained the difference between tires because I wanted the cheapest and I ended up getting a better tire a little more expensive but definitely better and I'm glad I came in and will return again if I have any other issues thanks

  I went here when I had emergency right before they closed. I had a piece dragging underneath my car and would’ve had to drive home an hour if it weren’t for their help. Timothy helped pin the piece up for me free of charge and even advised me on what to do when I could bring my car to a mechanic near home. Timothy is awesome, very knowledgeable and helpful. I recommend anyone come here for an amazing customer service experience!

  I had an excellent customer service experience here. Shelby & Thomas were very helpful in giving me prices on four new tires and recommended other things to help me out, all they want is to please their customers and help. Very professional and transparent individuals. Going to get my tires replaced at this location. The shop is clean and well maintained.

  After having another location tell me they couldn’t find a nail in my tire and that everything was fine, I came here when my tire pressure light came on again and I’m so glad I did! They went above and beyond, found the nail right away, and got me an appointment ASAP. Everyone was so helpful and thorough, and I really appreciated how quickly they took care of everything. Amazing service and highly recommend!

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Mavis Tire thanks to Herman! We came in during an emergency, and I was with my mom, so the situation was already stressful. From the moment we arrived, Herman was incredibly kind, professional, and reassuring. He immediately made us feel safe and like we were in good hands. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure the issue was handled properly, and genuinely cared about getting us safely back on the road. His calm attitude and willingness to help made such a difference in what could have been a very difficult situation. Herman truly went above and beyond for us. I’m extremely grateful for the way he treated both my mom and me, and Mavis is very lucky to have someone like him on their team. Absolutely five-star service — thank you, Herman!
