  Shelby was great. I pulled in and ask him to check my tires and provide his opinion. He didn’t come off salesy. An honest assessment. I decided to get new tires and they fit me right in. Set up my profile and started working. Honestly a great person with the perfect personality. We are still new to the area and Shelby made Mavis our new go to. Thanks Shelby!!!

  I needed tire sensors replaced on my car. I knew at least 1 was bad but, opted to have all 4 replaced there's no need in making another trip. It was my first time visiting Mavis Tire and this place was recommended by a family member who had visited a week ago. Going in I didn't know how expensive those tire sensors are and was very happy that the Staff found a discount for me. Mavis Tire thanks for everything.

  Long story short - I ended up with the wrong style tire for my truck due to a miscommunication. However, Shelby made sure I was made right. He took the time to call his team on my behalf to help me rectify the problem. Although I did not end up buying tires, I absolutely would for another vehicle. I think the customer experience lacks these days in most places but certainly not here. Mistakes happen - what matters is making it right which they absolutely did. Honestly speaks volumes esp in 2026. I didn't get any "hey bud we'll get to it tomorrow" vibes. They really put the customer first here. JD was also super nice to deal with. They were very calm and easy to work with. Second time I walked in I felt like family we were joking and cutting up. Need more of that these days too. Extra shout out to Shelby he is the man!!! Very pleasant individual.

  I had a great experience at Mavis Tires & Brakes. Omar, Shelby, and JB were very helpful, respectful, and professional. They even helped reset my tire pressure sensor for free when I thought I was going to be charged for it. I really appreciate their kindness and great customer service. Thank you to these three young men for going above and beyond to help me! I definitely recommend this location.

  Customer Rep Shelby was an excellent salesman. He was patience, professional and answered every question that I asked. He also showed/ explained each tire in questioned in full detail. He was very friendly and made me feel that this is a company who cares and that I could Trust. This was my first time at this company and I didn't know what to expect but I left satisfied. The next time I have any car issues I'm sure Mavis Tire would be the first company to come to my mind. If anyone asked me about a good company I would gladly say MT. Thank You Shelby, it has been a pleasure.
