  Shelby was the best!! I went in on a Sunday to get a tire fixed because of a nail, and then 2 days later hit another nail and had to get another tire fixed!! He remembered me the second time I came in and welcomed me with great energy and a smiling face. I’m not from the area so it’s nice to feel welcomed and taken care of in an unfamiliar town. Shelby definitely made my days easier when they could have turned out way more difficult if he wasn’t there to help me. Thanks Mavis, I’ll be a lifelong customer!

  I came in to Mavis because my light came on on my car indicating that I was 2 quarts low on oil. Not sure what’s going on but came in and Shelby was on the spot to help take care of me and make sure that I was good to go. No charge! If you are in need of great service and even greater customer service come to Mavis on the corner of 34th St. and 4th Ave., North, St. Petersburg, Florida.

  Mavis tire Is amazing! Shelby Took really good care of me, making sure that he explained everything in detail of what I was getting done as well as explaining all of the charges that I would be receiving for the tires today I can’t rave enough about this establishment! I am not a Local, and it was very difficult for me to find someone to trust in the moment that I walked in Shelby Welcome me with a smile if you are looking to get your tires or brakes done, I would highly suggest this place. Just ask for Shelby.

  Came by with a flat tire on my rental and Shelby was very attentive and willing to patch or switch out to the spare. Patching wasn’t possible due to where they needed to patch and it would cause a blowout, but they switched out to the spare which was extremely helpful. I’ve been going to Mavis since 2016 and will continue to do so for all of my car needs. Every location nationwide is always giving the best service. Thank you!!

  Woke up to a flat tire this morning, but thankfully I was able to inflate it with the air compressor that came with my car and make it to Mavis. As soon as I arrived, Shelby greeted me immediately and got my car checked in. Andrew took the time to thoroughly inspect the tire and, although he couldn’t find the source of the issue, he was patient, professional, and genuinely wanted to help. JD then took the time to explain the situation clearly and reassured me that if the problem continues, I should come back and they’ll take another look. It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced this level of customer service. Everyone was friendly, honest, and treated me with respect from start to finish. Thank you, Shelby, Andrew, JD, and the entire team for making a stressful morning much easier. You’ve definitely earned a loyal customer!
