From start to finish, she made the entire process incredibly smooth, straightforward, and completely stress-free.Claire really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect truck without any of the usual dealership pressure.     Had a great experience at Crown Buick GMC recently. We had been having issues with our 2023 Buick Encore. We took it I. To be services and were contacted by Claire, one of their salespeople. We were a little worried looking at our options given we needed some repairs done, we still owed thousands on the old car, and our credit took. A big hit from starting my own business. despite all this, Claire was able to work with their team and the bank to get us approved for a brand new 2026 Encore, one with a lot of upgraded features, maintenance package, and an extended warranty. Crown Buick GMC has earned our business for all of our future vehicle purchases due to Claire’s level of customer service, and the efforts of the entire team to help us out of a tough situation.

    Jeff and the team at Crown Buick GMC are top notch! I am in PA and purchased a different vehicle from a lousy dealer in MD (thankfully was able to return it!) and called Jeff and asked for a video of the truck and he was honest from the start! They did docu sign for the paperwork and even were willing to coordinate a shipping company to help get the truck to me! This dealer is TOP NOTCH! I can’t say enough good things about them!

    Can't say enough about how great the customer service was. If there was an option to rate 10/5 stars, that's what they'd would be rated. I had an issue with a vehicle I purchased at the beginning of the year and reach out to Cole about it and he went above and beyond to assist me during the whole process. He laid out all our potential options to move forward no matter the effort on his end and every time I was there it was a quick and painless process. Ed was fantastic and very knowledgeable when it came to vehicle knowledge and very personable. Crown is a top notch company and dealership that doesn't put you under pressure like I've experienced at other dealerships. Communication is paramount and they are also open and honest as well as extremely helpful.

    Crown Buick GMC completely failed me. They denied my warranty claim on an issue that I personally believe should be covered, and acted like it was my responsibility to pay out of pocket by offering to “provide a quote.” In my experience, there was no support, no accountability, and no interest in addressing a defect that should fall under my bumper‑to‑bumper warranty. I escalated to GM customer service (as the dealership advised), and the experience was just as frustrating. When I first called, a representative told me it was a heating‑element issue. I mentioned that I run the truck through car washes regularly, and her tone changed as she suggested that might not be covered. I explained that I don’t know the exact cause, but in my opinion, if water is causing a short in a sealed electrical molding, that’s a safety concern and defect. A day or two later, a different representative (Ian) called back with a completely different explanation and said they couldn’t see the photos. The first representative gave the impression she was looking at photos. The inconsistency was alarming. I still have not received a formal written denial explaining what part of my warranty supposedly excludes this defect. Instead, I’ve gotten contradictory statements and the runaround. Based on how this was handled, I personally feel the dealer and GM may be acting in bad faith and possibly not following the spirit of the Magnuson‑Moss Warranty Act or Florida Lemon Law. With my bumper‑to‑bumper warranty expiring soon, it feels like they are trying to avoid covering a legitimate defect. I was told the repair would require removing the entire rear glass assembly and hiring a contractor, which in my opinion seems like a lot of work they simply don’t want to do.I’ve also seen other GM owners online reporting similar issues with the same rear sliding window unit, which makes this even more concerning. Based on my experience, I would recommend staying far away from this dealer. ***Update: They are saying because I said it seemed to happen after a car wash that it’s not covered due to water or fluid contamination…… so I guess you can’t get car washes with these trucks. A component that was not sealed properly isn’t considered a defect haha.
