I had an issue with my tire, and they took the time to check it and help me out without charging me for the repair because I was here before. I really appreciate their honesty and excellent customer service. I definitely recommend this place!
- BMBill Millward6 days ago5.0Once again, these guys hit it out of the park. I had a low tire pressure sensor and they got me in right away, found a screw in the tire, and fixed it. Now this may not seem too out of the ordinary, but due to surgery I can no longer speak and they took their time to understand my issue. More than that, I travel to Orlando once or twice a week for cancer treatment, and they understood how important it is to me not to worry about my tires...these guys have my back. Thank you so much guys, I really do appreciate you all.

Since Mavis was open until 8:30 pm, I took a chance and went there. They were amazing!! Excellent customer service and a quick response. I had a new tire and was ready for my trip in no time! I highly recommend this facility!

Thank God, Julian and the team at Mavis Tire in St Johns, FL were open late. They filled up my tire and now I’m headed back to Jax. I’m so grateful for his help and that Mavis stays open late.
