  I brought my car to Mavis here in St Cloud Florida and have done so even in PA before I moved to this area recently. About 4 weeks ago I had Mavis install 2 rear tires as well as real brakes and rotors. I've been feeling vibrations ever since I had it done. I brought the car back 2x already to get the vibration fixed. Each time I brought it back they said they had to re-balance the tires because they were out of balance. Today I brought the car back for a 3rd time to check the vibration but I had an oil change done as well. I detailed the reason for my service was to have the oil changed, tires rotated and hopes of them finding out why I am still getting the vibration. I dropped the car off and returned about 1 hour later. The car was not completed at that time. About 30 minutes later he said the car is done. I asked the man behind the counter what they found and he said they did the oil change and rotation. He didnt seem to speak English too well so I asked the service man bringing the paperwork in if he saw or heard anything causing the vibration. He responded that he didnt even test drive the car and just did the oil change and rotation. I asked the service writer why they didnt check out the reason for my visit and he said the man who worked on my car isnt a mechanic? I responded by asking him why? His response was very unprofessional and I will never go back. This is poor service and I am very disappointed becasue I have used Mavis for years... This was unacceptable and I will go elsewhere from now on.

  I am in lake Nona on business from Sarasota FL. I am driving to my friend’s house in Kissimmee where I will be staying while here. The low pressure alert came on. Ugh, bad timing! I came around the corner to assess how bad it was and there was a Mavis Tire! I pulled in and Rich and Jalyn took care of me fast! What Godsends! They were helpful, polite, and got to it. Thank you Rich and Jalyn. Super helpful and amazing service! The address of the Mavis with the most incredible employees ever is 1940 Narcoossee Rd, St Cloud, FL.

  Extremely satisfied with my recent visit this weekend with my 2 year old. Alex and his team were extremely professional, and very kind. The kid's area is super cute, and was a life saver as I wasn't sure how waiting would be with a busy 2 year old :). Alex even offered to put on Disney for my little guy. I will definitely be back for all my future car needs.
