  El Sabado 2 de Mayo, solo fui a realizar el Balanceo y Rotación de mi Vehículo y termine Comprando 2 Cauchos Nuevos, Los 4 Discos de Freno y Pastillas Nuevas. Termine pagando $1.500. Hoy regresé porque desde que trabajaron el en Carro el Freno de Estacionamiento no estaba cumpliendo ninguna función y alegaron que no podían hacer nada porque según ellos, no tocaron nada. Quisiera saber como cambiaron el Disco. Como se justifica que antes del Cambio de los Disco todo estaba en perfectas condiciones y después dejo de funcionar y se negaron por lo menos a revisar el Vehículo. Un Robo descarado, definitivamente son unos LADRONES y no asumen sus responsabilidades.

  Went in a while back and these guys tried to rip me off. I had plugged my passenger rear tire due to a flat. I go in for an oil change and tire rotation. After the service is “complete” I find the tire in the same spot. Oil reminder also wasn’t reset, so did they even do the oil change? Who knows. Watch these guys.

  Jalyn and Kim were absolutely phenomenal! And Mavis Tires and Breaks were super quick about fixing my tire. I’m thankful for their service and, honestly, the waiting area was great because they had Family Feud playing and a comfy seating area!

  I have been going to this Mavis location for a while. I have to say their customer service provided by Kim is outstanding. Always helpful, and knowledgeable on the information that is needed for my car. Her and the staff at this location are great. Always take care of my car and even when I had issues that have been an emergency they never hesitate to help me accommodate me in and take care of my car. All I have to say is will always continue to bring my cars and business to this location. Kim and the mechanics do a top notch job and service, always make you feel comfortable and welcome. I can always count on them to have my car work even better than expected. I recommend this place 100%! Keep up the outstanding work guy!
