  Jose at Mavis was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the service being provided.   I’ve been coming to Mavis Tires in St. Cloud multiple times, and every time it’s been a great experience. Dan, the manager, and Tokyo have both been straight-up professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. The workmanship is on point, and they always take the time to explain what’s going on without trying to sell you stuff you don’t need. Good people, good work, no BS — that’s hard to find these days. I highly recommend them!

  Had a 10 am oil change. At 1130 I am still watching for my car to be finished. I go back over there from the coffee shop and guy says oh they still working on it. I wait and watch 15 more minutes and still no one touches my car so I go back to the guy at the counter and I say no one touched my car in over 30 minutes what's going on? He says I don't know I only work in the front I do not work there. I walk away. He comes to where I am sitting and says the boss ha d a emergency and had to leave. Then he says he tried to call you. My phone never rang. I was sitting in you parking lot. He says we'll your car is done but it needs some things. My car is a 2022 Buick encourage. It just hit 30000 miles. It needs nothing.

  Excellent customer service! I came into Mavis Tires & Brakes because I was having an issue with my tire’s valve stem, and Camilo, Jodo, and Jesus took care of it for me completely free of charge. They were professional, friendly, and didn’t hesitate to help me out. I really appreciate the honesty and great customer service. I definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs tires or any type of service. Big shoutout to Camilo, Jodo, and Jesus for taking care of me! 🙌🏽🔥

  I've been here a couple of times now, and they're super nice and work super fast, but I'm not convinced on service. First time was for an alignment, I hit a curb hard and immediately wanted an alignment. They did it quick and easy, but my steering wheel was still crooked. I'm not 100% sure of what it consists of an alignment but I would assume they'd fix it. Next, I did an oil change with a tire rotation. Rotation is free, oil change was about $102 and that was with a $20 coupon on. Again quick and easy. Expensive? Of course but it's around the corner from my house. Next day, for reference I have a scuff mark on my rim on the right side passenger, well I notice that that same tire is still on the right side. So tire rotation wasn't even done. I call, they say to come back up and they'll do it, my husband goes up there and the guy says "we didn't do it because it wasn't necessary". Seriously? You couldn't have told me that? Now I'm nervous about the services I've been paying for. I understand that you do rotations with every service, but if I come in specifically to get one done please communicate to me why it wasn't.
