  This location has the friendliest employees ever. I have been to this location 3/4 times and I will never go anywhere else. They are so helpful and quick as well. Highly recommend.

  We been using this place for oil changes for about 3 yrs. Today new guys were there than the usual crew. We informed them we were return customers and wanted the same service as usual and the pulled up our our service. In the past, we would $65 with a veterans discount. Today they shocked us with $120 for a oil change. I won't be going back there. $60 up charge and didn't give a price before they serviced the vehicle. That's higher than the dealer! Won't be going back there again. They all seemed a little shading especially the guy with the manbun and beard, who doesn't answer your questions.

  I came in for a pre-trip oil change at my regular location. The entire staff was changed, and did not have the friendly, communicative team "vibe" as before. The mechanic did not know how to remove the cabin-access air filter. I purposely came on that day for an advertised 20% discount. They did not apply it and when I discovered this later, returned and showed the email with the barcode, they refused. I know from having worked retail that it is possible to do this. I no longer recommend this location and now question the corporation as well. Very disappointing.
