We had an issue with the tire not holding air or retaining air as the pressure was lowering fast, we needed help to get back on the road safely. I found this shop and Willie, the store manager, got us in and assisted us very quickly. I am appreciative of the cleanliness and accessibility of this shop and grateful that this team was able to service our vehicle in little to no time. I highly recommend this shop for anyone that is local or passing through and needs assistance with their tires and / or vehicle.

Willie was absolutely amazing! He was incredibly accommodating throughout the entire service, and he and his techs went above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. Even though they were short-staffed, they never let it affect the quality of their work or their positive attitude. They were professional, friendly, and truly made me feel taken care of. Highly recommend Willie and the team.

Hats off to Willie at the St. Augustine Mavis facility! He and his team really helped me out today with a no appointment emergency tire going flat. They plugged it and advised me of necessary maintenance that will need to be taken care of soon. The best news about all this is that Willie said “No charge, sir”! Thanks guys! I’ll be back for the tires we talked about.
