  Let me start off by saying I was having the worst day ever and somehow I ended up having to land here today . The staff is fast and amazing. I want to give a special thanks to Willie. I caught a flat tire earlier that day had to wait on my tow company for hours and I was not from the area and this young man made my day and helped me out a lot. Thank you Willie keep the energy and the personality. You are amazing

  Two nights ago i was working a late night shift at my job. I turn my car on and drove and notice my tpms light was on. So i filled it up and the next morning no light was on, but i was about to travel to wpb and went to the mavis location on 207. Willie is great employee there. I bought my tires when he was at another location him and the tech checked my tired nothing was wrong and the tech went the extra mile and i offered to buy him a drink and he decline. Willie was great thats why I come to mavis with customer service like that. Thanks again for making my travels safe!

  Exemplary customer service from Willie and the entire team at the Mavis Tire location on SR 207 in St. Augustine, FL. The facility was clean, and the shop was well organized and professional. I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon with an unusual tire issue that four previous tire shops had failed to diagnose or resolve. Willie and his team quickly identified the problem, explained exactly what was happening in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure I knew what to look for if it ever happens again. If you’re anywhere in the St. Augustine area, I highly recommend giving them your business. They’ve set the bar incredibly high for the competition.

  I had an excellent experience at Mavis Tire. Willie provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. He was very professional, attentive, and took the time to answer all of my questions clearly. He also speaks Spanish, which made communication even easier. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. Another plus is the location—it's surrounded by Publix, Starbucks, pizza places, and other shops, so it's easy to grab a coffee or run a quick errand while your vehicle is being serviced. I truly appreciated Willie's professionalism and friendly attitude. I highly recommend this location and will definitely return for future service.
