  We took a day trip to St Augustine today and we ran over something on the highway that broke the front brackets on my engine splash shield. We didn’t realize it until we got to St Augustine. My husband temporarily taped it in place, so we could get the car to Mavis to see if they could fix it. Joseph was super helpful and told me he didn’t think it would take very long to fix. He put my car on a lift and in about 10 minutes he had it fixed. What a huge relief! That alone was amazing, but when I asked him how much I owed him he said nothing. He said all he had to do was put a bolt in there to secure it. Thank you Joseph for your help today and being a man of integrity!! I highly recommend this Mavis location!

  I needed a tire patched and without a moments hesitation Joe and Seth jumped in to help me. They did it fast and with a smile. I will definitely be returning for any future tire needs and I will be asking for them by name. Highly recommend!

  I had a flat tire. John got me in quickly, evaluated the tire and told me it needed to be replaced. I replaced both front tires. They had the work done within an hour. The waiting area was clean. There was an area for children. The staff was hospitable and courteous right across the board. I would highly recommend Mavis on Route 102 in St Augustine without hesitation.

  I can't say enough good things about Mavis Tire. I stopped in with a nail in my tire and was worried about making the drive back home. The team was friendly, professional, and got me taken care of quickly. To my surprise, they repaired the tire at no charge! It's rare these days to find businesses that go above and beyond, but that's exactly what they did. Their kindness and excellent customer service turned a stressful situation into a huge relief. Thank you, Mavis, for helping me get safely back on the road!

  Had a great experience at Mavis Tire and Brake today. I called Mavis Tire and Brakes to make an appointment to have my tire repaired. It was late in the afternoon but the guy I spoke to told me to bring my van right in and they would be happy to take care of it. I have to say, the staff at Mavis are personable, friendly and I can't remember when I had such fast service! I was in and out in 30 minutes with a new tire which I have to say was very reasonably priced. I will definitely recommend Mavis to all my family and friends. Thank you, Mavis! 😊
