  Charles, George, and Vince were a dream team! The battery on our car died and was actually super corroded (I’m just a girl) so we were stranded! George lended us a jump starter and guided us in buying a new battery and showed us AMAZING customer service, Vince always greeted us with a lovely smile and made sure we were always taken care of and helped Charles install a new battery for us. Charles was absolutely amazing too. Not even 2 seconds into starting his shift and he was already outside helping us install the new battery. These men were so amazing and so helpful to both of us women! Thank you!!

  I had a great experience at AutoZone. I came in to have my check engine light tested and to look for specific parts so I could run a vacuum leak test on my intake. Karl, spelled K-A-R-L, was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the process. He took the time to help me figure out what I needed and made the whole visit much easier. Great customer service, and I really appreciate Karl’s help.

  I cannot say enough good things about the team at AutoZone on 2620 US-1 in St. Augustine, especially Store Manager George Bresnock and his associate Mahaniah. On May 9th, while traveling from Toronto, Canada to Port Canaveral with my family, our vehicle suddenly died on us near St. Augustine. We arrived at the Autozone store close to closing time stressed, stranded, unfamiliar with the area, and unsure what to do next. George immediately stepped in with extraordinary professionalism, compassion, and genuine care. He stayed more than an hour after the store had already closed to help us troubleshoot the issue and make sure we safely arranged an Uber to our destination. He also provided excellent advice and helped coordinate repair options for our vehicle while we were away for the week. What stood out most was that George’s actions went far beyond customer service. This was true kindness, humanity, and love for his fellow man in action. In a difficult moment for my family, he treated us like neighbors and friends rather than just customers passing through town. Mahaniah was equally professional, patient, and helpful throughout the experience. Both employees represented AutoZone with excellence and integrity. AutoZone should be extremely proud to have employees like George and Mahaniah on their team. They deserve recognition and, in my opinion, a well-earned salary increase for the outstanding care they provide to customers. Thank you again, George and Mahaniah. You turned a stressful situation into one we will never forget for all the right reasons.

  Very happy with service here with George B help me with all that i need and he went the extra mile to get me the parts I needed will be back frist auto zone that they are very helpful and friendly. Will be back for all my parts
