  So there is a specialty shop up the road from this place that has handled the really complicated issues with Audis I have had in the past. That place addressed the issues exponentially better than any Audi dealership I’ve been to. And that place recommended TIRE CHOICE for maintenance issues (brake pads, rotors, tires and balancing, oil changes, steering column stuff, etc.). Tire choice did not disappoint! They are fast, friendly, thorough, honest, reasonable, and flexible. I brought my other (lesser) German car in, my BMW X1 for brake pads and rotors, and they even kept the car in the shade when done because they didn’t know exactly what time I would be by to pick it up and they didn’t want the car to get too hot! They truly are exceptional! I will be taking all of my cars to them in the future. Even if I ever move out of the area (which I hope not to do), I’d be tempted to make the trek back here just so they could work on my car!
