I've had two bad experiences at this location. The first time I came in for an oil change, the drain plug wasn't put back in and all of my oil leaked out. More recently, I had my car towed here for a flat tire. I was first told my tires had already been replaced, without ever being given a quote. When I called back, I was told that wasn't true. After I agreed to have the tires replaced, my car started pulling to one side and my BMW showed a "Chassis Stabilization" warning. One of the new tires was also several psi lower than the others. I brought it back so they could fix the problem and was told it "couldn't have been just from a tire replacement." I then waited in the shop for 3 hours for an update, only to be told their alignment machine was broken. Which apparently could only be figured out after 3 entire hours. The next time my car has issues I will sooner pull it with my bare hands to another shop than take it here.

I love this a place. They put the dealerships to shame. Affordable prices. HONESTY. They let you know upfront what they are going to do ahead of time. They are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about what is needed and what is not. I LOVE THIS car repair shop. I will recommend anyone to this location. Never any SURPRISES upon pick up. Thank you.

As soon as we entered. We were greeted by Michael, and Mercedes (she’s in training) but you wouldn’t know it.. ☺️. I brought my own tires to be mounted, and balanced. Michael didn’t give us the run around either as some shops do. The customer service was Top Tier. Our overall experience be as though this was our 1st visit was Great! We will be back with my 2 front Perelli tires! Gained 2 NEW CUSTOMERS 🥰

I had a coupon for a synthetic oil change for 69.99 ($10 cash back). I was told that an oil change for my car was going to cost more (a LOT more) even though the coupon did not specify that different cars would cost different amounts. The employee said that he couldn’t do anything about it. I left and took my car elsewhere. We have taken our cars to this location many times in the past and have had great service and great customer service. I feel they should have honored the coupon on this visit.

I would like to start off by saying that I was stranded, 2 hours away from home with my 9 month old. The store manager Mr.Robinette went above and beyond. I cannot put into words how thankful and grateful I am. And his staff, very professional an eager to provide great service. I definitely recommend this establishment. I wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars. Thank you Mike and to your entire Tire Choice staff!!!
