I gave one star Because there was no option for zero. I made an appointment for tires not only do they keep on changing the price and do not honor military discounts even though it states that on their website after waking an hour and a half with an appointment, I was told there was at least two people ahead of me and there was only one person working. I wasted an hour and a half and left and will never ever step foot into a Mavis ever again beware.

Brad was super friendly, helpful, and professional! He went above and beyond to help me out and even solved an issue I was having with my tire key. The rest of the team was awesome too. BEWARE, absolutely the worst tire and alignment service! I set an appointment for 4 brand new tires and they sold them to someone else so I had to return the next week. I arrived they installed them and the alignment was perfect before they started, I drove home to find the alignment way off and no valve stem caps! I returned and they took my steering wheel off and rotated it instead of realigning the truck! And said if it doesn’t fix the alignment my tie rods are bad. Of course it didn’t fix it so I returned again and they said they fixed the alignment and I drove home again to find it still was wrong! And my horn didn’t work!. BEWARE AND DON’T TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CAR.

Great service. Fast and friendly!
Came in on the fly, expecting to wait to have a tire inspected. Suspected a nail and had friends ready to pick me up while it was being fixed.
Instead, the team (Doc) at this location had the car in and me back on the road within half an hour. Sometimes it's hard to find a place that's fast, reasonable, and friendly...but seem to have found my new tire place! Thanks guys!
