This particular store bailed me out of a jam. I lost part of the splash guard while driving to where it was dragging on the road and was severely torn. I pulled my car into their store and in 15 minutes they cut of the damaged section and tire up the remaining section so I was able to drive my car safely 35 miles home. They were awesome, professional, and did it without charging me. Thanks guys. My new splash guard is on the way.

Last minute tire issue. Mike immediately got me in. My husband was out 9f town. Always get worried about going to an automobile repair shop as a young woman. They respectfully got the car in in a timely manner. Jason replaced the nail for a patch. Very ethical and professional , highly recommend stop in to get your tire fixed. Thank you Mavis!!!!

Greeted upon entry and was promptly asked how I could be assisted. Had a slow leak in one of the tires that I purchased there 5 years ago and they explained that we needed to get it checked and then repaired. Tire flat repair would be around $48 and change so I left it for the repair. Upon returning I was extremely pleased that they found a nail in the tire and the repair was done at no charge to us! Hats off and kudos to both Jason and Eric for an outstanding visit to your business today. Will refer to family and friends!

Edit to my review: After checking out for my $110+ oil change I was told the battery CCA was reading about half of what it should be and they recommended a new battery.
I let them know that my battery was just replaced 3 months ago in June 2026 so I will be contacting that company who installed it for more information. The other company responded immediately and had a tech out to my house to get a reading of this battery and the battery was totally completely perfect. This battery also had a 2 year warranty on it.
As a woman, I feel that this Mavis team was trying to take advantage of me and upsell a new battery that was absolutely not necessary. After this interaction, I will not be returning. Very unfortunate staff as was friendly or so I thought….
