  I can say with wild enthusiasm that our salesperson, LJ Riegert, exceeds any and all expectations. He is without exception the most hardworking and dedicated advocate imaginable! He made such a difference with our challenging out of state purchase. It hinged largely on trust and he delivered!! We’re thrilled with our purchase!! Anysources of uncertainty were dramatically reduced by John addressing every concern and being available all the time! Just a remarkable buying experience!!

  I had an excellent experience working with Jacob Jenkins at Crown Jaguar Land Rover in St Pete. From start to finish, Jacob was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with.   I actually live in Tampa and could service my vehicle much closer to home, but I choose Land Rover St. Petersburg every time, and that should tell you everything you need to know. The level of service here is simply on another level. Sara and Hayden are a team that delivers a truly exceptional experience from start to finish. Communication is clear, the process is seamless, and they genuinely go above and beyond to take care of their customers. I have had plenty of service experiences over the years, and nothing comes close to what they provide. When you find a team this good, distance does not matter. If you are debating where to service your Land Rover, this is the place.

  I was toying around with the idea of getting a Range Rover- so I reached out to Miro. Owning a Range Rover has been a bucket list item for me for years. He was so accommodating, kind, and is an amazing wealth of knowledge about the whole line. With his help, I landed on the Range Rover sport, and I could not be happier. I think his nickname should be the “bucket list enabler.” I was so impressed with the speed and efficiency of my transaction- TJ in finance was a true professional, and was very impressed with him as well. I can’t thank the whole JLR St. Petersburg staff for making a dream of mine come to fruition. If I could give this store more than five stars, I would.

  Just... ask for Miro. I walked into Crown Land Rover St. Petersburg ready to NEGOTIATE. I had my trade-in research. I had my poker face. I spent what felt like a small eternity going back and forth with Miro Ostojic (last name pending — I'm still practicing that one) hammering out every last detail on the side steps to be added and my jeeps trade-in value like I was brokering a peace treaty. We negotiated. Hard. Miro held his ground, I held mine, it was a whole thing. Then I sat down with Noah in finance — yes, Noah, easy to remember, just think Noah's Ark — and after all that glorious back-and-forth, Noah looks at the numbers and casually goes, "Have you considered a lease?" …Reader, I leased. All that negotiating, all that posturing, and the finance guy wrapped it up in about thirty seconds. Did I feel outsmarted? Maybe a little. But here's the thing — nobody was trying to WIN. They were trying to get me in the right deal. And they did. Oh, and while we were in finance, Noah also casually informed me that Spain still owns two cities inside Morocco: Ceuta and Melilla. I came in for a Land Rover Defender and left with a geography degree! Now I'm rolling in a Land Rover Defender 130 that is absolutely gorgeous, my side steps are being installed as we speak, and Miro handed me a loaner so I wouldn't miss a single luxurious minute of driving a Defender. The man thought of everything. If you're in the market for a new or used Land Rover — don't stress about the process, don't stress about the negotiation, and DEFINITELY don't stress about pronouncing Miro's last name. Just walk in, ask for Miro, let Noah handle the rest, and somehow drive away the same day in exactly what you wanted. 10/10. Would negotiate pointlessly again! And yes, Ceuta and Melilla are really owned by Spain!
