  Top notch!!! we have a Land Rover and jaguar and both had problems at the same time One had a flat tire and a recall The other one we just brought in for Service and they found out it had an oxygen failure.. well, I won’t say that; I will say, Stephan Shafer our our service rep he handled both situations very smoothly!!! He called me, explained the Warranty situation, sent me videos, made sure I had cars available, make sure I knew all the costs upfront, Sent me text with updates Just a super, super professional Service Rep!! Thank you, Stephan you made this headache palatable.

  I want to commend Ashley at Land Rover St Petersburg for helping me get comfortable purchasing a used performance car sight unseen . She covered all and every question from the inspection process, extended warranty coverage options to having the car flat bedded to my front door. She even drove the vehicle around and was my eyes and ears on the ground in St Petersburg. I detailed the car the afternoon that it arrived and cannot find one blemish as of yet.   I want to say how much I appreciate this dealership. I have bought from them in the past, and I almost just bought a second car from them, and the experience is properly high end while staying low pressure and friendly. I especially want to point out my salesperson Jacob, who was so helpful and supportive that I genuinely felt bad when I had to tell him I wasn’t buying from them. While I did not ultimately buy a car from them for reasons unrelated to the dealership or the sales person, Jacob was beyond helpful and I would not hesitate to buy another car from him or send family and friends to the dealership.

  Haven’t even fully processed what happened today (bought a car I saw online on a bit of a whim haha), but my gratitude for Thaddius is 100,000/10. Buying a car can be incredibly stressful, but he made the entire experience feel easy. He came over from a different dealership, spent nearly four hours making sure every single piece was perfect, and even hand-cleaned the car himself because he genuinely wanted me to drive away with something he was proud of. That level of care and attention is so rare. His kindness, patience and honesty truly meant the world to me. I was surprisingly calm through the entire process because I knew I was in good hands, and everything worked out even better than I imagined when I woke up this morning. He went above and beyond to get me an incredible deal, answered every question I had, never made me feel pressured, and treated me like someone he genuinely wanted to help, not just another sale that walked in. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about doing things the right way, ask for Thaddius. I can't recommend him highly enough. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful day one I'll actually remember fondly ❤️

  “An exceptional experience from beginning to end! My recent purchase at Crown Land Rover was one of the best. Jacob Jenkins was a prompt with every response, detailed, straightforward and went the extra mile to ensure I had everything I needed. Jacob is not only a great representative of Land Rover but a car enthusiast himself which made the buying experience much more enjoyable talking to another car guy! The entire team was on point throughout the week while I considered this purchase. It required travel from another state and they made sure my vehicle and paperwork were ready when I walked in the door. They valued my time but never made me feel hurried. The process was seamless and I would highly recommend Jacob and the entire Crown Land Rover Team!
