Another great experience with Enterprise on 34th Street! I’ve rented from this location several times and have consistently had a great experience. I’ve worked with the manager, Joe May, during both of my most recent rentals, and he has always been friendly, professional, and very easy to work with. The rest of the team has been equally welcoming and helpful. On my most recent rental, my company’s plans changed and I needed to return the vehicle several days earlier than expected. The process couldn’t have been easier. They quickly processed the early return and refunded the unused rental days without any hassle. I also really appreciate that this location has limited weekend hours. Many Enterprise locations are closed on weekends, so having that flexibility has been extremely convenient. Great customer service, an easy rental and return process, and a friendly, professional team. Joe and his staff do an excellent job. Five stars and definitely my preferred Enterprise location in St. Pete.

Don't waste your time. I called ahead, they said the car was there, I waited for some Indian support staff to call and verify that there was a car for me. When I arrived they said they can't guarantee a car and also I'm third in line. - they sent me a link to a page with a bunch of phone numbers, like the one i called where they lied to me about my car being available. nice.

Outstanding customer service! Joe, the manager at Enterprise on 38th Ave N in St. Petersburg, was absolutely amazing. When I needed to switch vehicles, he handled it immediately and even upgraded me to make sure I was completely satisfied. That’s what I call going above and beyond! The other two associates were also friendly, helpful, and professional. Great team and a great experience! I’ll definitely be back. 🚗⭐️

Branch Manager Joe and Izzy and Taylor were amazing. This branch has top notch customer service. They went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied after a few issues. We would recommend them to all our family and friends. Best location!!!
