  Enterprise Rent-A-Car Review I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Hunter, Dan, Joe, and Taylor. Navigating a temporary disability can be stressful and uncomfortable, but this team turned what could have been a challenging experience into a seamless and reassuring one. From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to accommodate my mobility needs. Rather than just handing over a set of keys, they took the extra time and care to understand my temporary injury and personally help me find the vehicle with the exact seat height, legroom, and accessibility features needed to manage my recovery comfortably. Hunter, Dan, Joe, and Taylor demonstrated true empathy, patience, and outstanding customer care. Their thoughtful assistance made a world of difference during a difficult time, and they have earned a customer for life.

  The five stars are for two stellar employees- Daniel K. & Taylor T. They are both incredibly impressive hard-working young employees who exhibit amazing customer service- they hustle to address issues in a timely/efficient manner (as this is definitely a high volume location which appears to be severely understaffed...), they remain composed in stressful situations, are friendly, engaging, positive, and focused (definitely unicorns when it comes to employees!). I was just so impressed by their professionalism and customer service- Enterprise is lucky to have them (and they deserve a huge raise! I visited this location three times for various issues with vehicles and they handled my challenges with ease. I couldn't be more grateful for how wonderful they were during times when I was stressed out of my mind due to my own vehicle being repaired). Dan & Taylor- you're truly AMAZING, and THANK YOU!

  You need to return deposits charged at the same speed you charge them in the first place...3 days later and nothing! We all know you can do better, so do better! It is the mid 21st Century, act like it, please! Please spare us the 16th Century BS-Banking excuses...
