Fast and friendly! Great price for rental! I picked up and dropped off at two different locations and everything was flawless.

The staff at this location are excellent. Malik offered and then quickly found the vehicle I’d reserved online by tapping another office for it since it was not on his lot even though enterprise.com let me reserve it there; he is extremely courteous and professional, as are Caitlyn and John at this location. It’s nice to do business at an office with excellent folks.

We've used Enterprise many times without an issue. Unfortunately the last incident was a disappointment at best. The staff was pleasant enough but our vehicle was absolutely filthy with some form of construction dust inside and out. The worker rinsed the vehicle but it had no wiper fluid so when wipers were used we got mud on the windshield, had to pull over and clean it by hand. Additionally my grandson had some reaction to whatever the dust was so he had to ride with someone else.A few other things as well but no time to list them. All in all they should do better. Contamination inside a vehicle is unacceptable and not being able to see forward due to lack of proper maintenance on the washer system is outright dangerous. We will be using another company while we are still in pinellas County!

Great customer service and fast turnaround time. At first the call was available and on my way to pick up the car. I got a call that I would be able to get a vehicle. Mind you this is after I dropped my car to get service but the young lady that helped me was very service oriented and understood the inconvenience and assured me that if I wait tops 30 minutes she will have a vehicle for me at great rate. And that’s what happened. Highly satisfied with my experience. Not only was the rate great but there wasn’t any bottleneck in service.

I made a reservation to pick up a car, and when I arrived, there was no one at the desk. I waited 15 minutes for someone to show up to speak to, and then was told they didn't have a car for me. I had to drive myself to another site to get a car. This is the second time they haven't had a vehicle ready after making a reservation (weeks in advance) - what's the point of making them? At minimum they need to take down the "There when you need us" sign. They aren't. This is the only Enterprise I've ever had this problem - save yourself the headaches and go somewhere else.
