  Exceptional buying experience at Crown Nissan. I worked with Ben and Devonte on the purchase of a sweet 2020 370Z. Ben was clear and upfront about pricing, vehicle history, and condition. Devonte was a great help as this was a more complicated out of state purchase. Everyone stayed after closing by at least an hour to get the paperwork completed. I found the car to be in near perfect condition for a 2020 and couldn’t be happier!

  John at Crown Nissan was amazing to work with. He was very approachable, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. I really appreciated his professionalism and honesty that I had lacked visiting many other Nissan dealerships within the last few weeks.. I highly recommend asking for John if you visit Crown Nissan!

  I filled out a form online through Nissan looking for a newer car because I have been having so many issues with my current car and was tired of putting money in to repairs. I got a call from Cathy the very next day we had a very honest conversation of where my credit was and my trade in and down payment options. She said we set some realistic goals. I went the next day to Nissan and Cathy was away but set me up to be taken care of by Tim. Tim was amazing. We talked and figured out what I was looking for and options that worked for me. Went to the lot, picked out a car, test drove it and loved it. Tim immediately got to work with the paperwork and getting approval. Within in no time he had an approval in front of me. I was actually shocked. I did not go in that day expecting to actually get a car I thought I was wasting my time. But Cathy, Tim, and the finance team made it happen and I left that day very satisfied in my new beautiful car. Thank you again Nissan for making this happen!

He was super kind, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. He really made the whole process stress-free and accommodated everything I needed.
