  Went in for an oil change and everyone was extremely professional and friendly. They kept me in the loop on the status of my car. Got a detailed report sent to my phone and everything came back clean. There can be a lot of anxiety when taking your car somewhere new for an oil change. Fear of the upsell and if they are trying to scam you or if there is an actual problem. After reading the reviews I trusted that these guys were on the up and up and they did not disappoint entire staff was awesome. Not to mention it was a much more reasonably priced than I expected. Highly recommended. A+ experience all the way around

  I took a 2016 Mazda 3 in for inspection before buying. They informed me verbally and with pictures it had an oil leak w/ it needed three new tires and several other engine problems… Audi on Atlantic tried to sell me this as a perfect vehicle! and was overpriced as well. Thank you, Tuffy’s!

  Used to be great, but not anymore! I was a loyal customer here for over a year, but things have changed for the worse. The customer service is horrible now, and the staff acts like they couldn't care less. I won't be bringing my vehicle back here again and can no longer recommend them. Save yourself the hassle!

  Me and my family have been coming here for years and I never feel like I am being pushed into any unnecessary repairs etc. The guys at the desk are always so nice. I always recommend them to others.
