  I almost forgot to write this review. Long story short I went in to get an estimate to change out ONE ignition coil and 2 spark plugs. Had all my own OEM parts and after waiting around for about 30 minutes the guy he’s said he was “new” there came back with an estimate of $600. Mind you this is a 30 min job tops, I laughed internally and thanked the gentleman for their time and went up the street to Mavis where I was quoted $200. I had never stepped foot in Tuffys but thought I’d give them a shot nonetheless I will never step foot in that place and absolutely don’t recommend the establishment.

  I bought my car new from the dealership last year and quickly noticed that there was an odd noise coming from the passanger side of my car. I returned my car to the dealership multiple times and they ignored that issue. When I brought my car to Tuffy for a tire alignment, I expressed to the workers about my concern and Kyle was helpful to get the issue solved and I have not heard the noise since.

  I’ve been bringing my cars to this location since 2015. Brian, Keith, and Baca are amazing. They’ve never steered me wrong and have been honest and upfront about what my car needs and never tries to push something the car doesn’t need or isn’t ready for. Love the warranty on the tires and the towing service. I will not take my cars somewhere else.

  Amazing customer service! Extraordinarily knowledgeable! Here's my story My minivan started making a clicking noise on acceleration and having a rough idle about a week ago, so we took it to the dealer thinking it may have been under warranty. The dealer held it all day long even though we had a 7:00 a.m. appointment. Only to tell us they couldn't find anything wrong. We take it for oil changes to this specific dealer and are very diligent in doing so. NEVER AGAIN!! My poor minivan was 4 quarts low on oil!! Mike, the gentleman who worked on my vehicle said it only holds 5 quarts and we caught it just in time. Had my husband thought it was the oil he would have checked but that was the last thing we thought since we are so diligent with our oil changes. Joey gave great customer service as well as Mike and we are just so appreciative of everyone at Tuffy's! Thank you for diagnosing and fixing my vehicle so quickly! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 🙏🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️
