  Me and my family have been coming here for years and I never feel like I am being pushed into any unnecessary repairs etc. The guys at the desk are always so nice. I always recommend them to others.

  Tuffy is a fantastic car service center. They are honest, do not have hidden fees, and will send you pictures of problems with your car. They discuss all fixes before doing them. I highly recommend.

  Not worth it in the long run went in to fix my a.c. Unit a couple of years later still have the same problem in this hot summer of it not working. So of course when you take it off the lot it’s all great but after a year or more same problem arises not worth money and time in the long run suggest another place

  Not only do they do the customer service part right (friendly, on time, etc), they're also honest and very reasonably priced. I worked in the auto industry for 20 years, and had my hands inside engines and transmissions before I graduated high school, so when I tell you they're honest, I do so from an informed point of view. As more of our beloved Fruit Cove/St John's disappears to more and more corporate BS, this place still stands out like a good, old fashioned local shop! Highly recommended!

  Horrible experience. Long story short, my daughter was told the issue only after calling on the 3rd day the car was at the shop. We ordered the part(confirmed part with the shop), dropped off the car and the part. The shop waits untill the afternoon my daughter was to pick up the car to tell her its the wrong part. My daughter didn't deserve to be treated that way. Needless to say she won't go back there.
