This place is great! I had gotten a nail in my tire and plugged it myself. Problem is, I couldn't get the tire back on my car because my jack was too small. I brought my car here and they reviewed my plug work plus they got my tire put back on the car since my jack was too small and they had better equipment. Sean and Jojo were very helpful and very considerate. Definitely coming back.

Unfortunately this location ruined my vehicle and voided my warranty. They punctured my oil filter and all the oil leaked out of my car. After taking it to the dealership with confirmation this was the cause, Mavis refused to pay for the car to be inspected, refused to cover my TOWING COSTS since my engine was running metal on metal and I could not drive it, and tried to gaslight me by saying there’s no way that was possible. Meanwhile I have images showing punctures in my oil filter. I have confirmation from multiple mechanics that this is the cause. Mavis was the last company to touch my car. The regional rep (Chris?) was rude, uncooperative, unhelpful, and accused ME of possibly tampering with the car (a young woman that doesn’t even know how to change a tire). These actions resulted in the loss of integrity to my car. Mavis poorly run business that I will be happy to share my reviews everywhere I can. The people at this particular store are kind but unfortunately took no responsibility and the conversations for assistance and compensation were out of their hands. Mavis cost me tens of thousands of dollars and dozens of hours and stress without any resolution.

Edit: the tech called to apologize and offered to glue it back. I appreciate the call and apology, but I can glue it back myself. If I was given a warning prior to finding out myself that it was yanked off I'd be somewhat more understanding, although a simple "hey I need help turning on the car" would've prevented all of this to begin with.

Got my tire patched here under warranty. Work was fine. But prior to the tech (Tokyo Jr) taking my keys, I informed him that my car is finicky to turn on and has been like this for 6 years. Told him to ask me for help if needed. He turned it on eventually, glad to see that. But when I got back into my car, I found that he pried / yanked off my superglued decor on my push start and left it in my cup holder. I've had that decor on for 3 years and NEVER had issues turning on my car with it and neither has other past mechanics when I explained how to turn the car on. Dude couldn't simply set aside his pride and be a man to ask for help like everyone else who's asked me in the past. I was never told about this either, I had to find out myself when I hopped in. Again, work was fine, just don't expect the employee to respect anything in your car at all.

Dan and Jeff at Mavis Tire in St. Cloud were top notch. Straightforward, professional, and actually take the time to help you out without any runaround. They know their stuff and don’t talk down to you, which I really respect.
The whole experience was smooth, quick, and stress-free. Good people, solid service—I’ll definitely be back.
Genuinely one of the best car shops i’ve been to. Jeremy was very nice, very flexible, and very explanatory when it came to the issue of my flat tire. He gave me the best and most affordable new tire option and got me in and out of the shop. Very good, fast, and knowledgeable worker. I even got to show him my corolla cross which he mistook for a rav4 and got intrigued by. Everyone in there was very nice and all over would recommend !!
