  Dan was such a great help! I came in with a bent rim and without fail he had it fixed within 20 minutes. Definitely check this place out if you want quality and timely work done!

  Dan gets ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. My tire pressure light came on the day before in Orlando so the next day I brought it to Mavis (which I have always been pleased with service and tires from there). They checked my car out thoroughly and no leaks in the tires and attributed to the sensor so taking to the dealer to ck that out. Dan was very helpful and made me feel I wasn’t driving on bad tires.

  My first time using Mavis Tires for an oil change and I must say that I was well received as a customer. I would definitely recommend this establishment for more than just an oil change. Great customer service!

  I’ve spent well over $1,000 at this Mavis location and expected much better customer service. I recently brought my VW Atlas in for an oil change and tire rotation. Immediately after the tire rotation, the vehicle developed a noticeable wobble/vibration at highway speeds, especially above 65 mph, which can be felt through the steering wheel. I contacted the shop expecting them to simply inspect the work they had just performed and help determine whether the tires needed balancing or whether something related to the rotation was causing the vibration. Instead, I was basically told they weren’t going to help me. I understand that balancing isn’t necessarily included with every tire rotation. What I don’t understand is refusing to properly address a problem that appeared immediately after your shop worked on the vehicle—especially for a repeat customer who has spent over $1,000 with you. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable. I wanted them to stand behind their work, inspect the vehicle, and make sure everything was properly installed and balanced. The lack of accountability and customer service is extremely disappointing. I won’t be bringing my vehicles back here, and I would strongly recommend that others think twice before trusting this location with their vehicle.
