  30 minute wait to be helped. Front desk unattended. Phone ringing non stop with nobody available to answer them. Tried calling before visit and nobody ever answered. At the location phone was just left ringing non stop. My issue was I returned the car a day earlier and was expecting a refund for the day #5 I didn’t use and was told that no refund would be given because I was charged a weekly rate. Had i known that was a thing I would’ve kept the car the whole week or just rent it for a day less, the rep Mark did not inform me that was a thing Renters beware the 4 day vs weekly rate (which starts at 5 days is about a $100 difference, rent 4 days and save or rent weekly if you need all 7 days get the whole week instead of 5 days, it’s a better deal)

  St Cloud Fl staff was quick friendly checked me in to the car and back on the road Same as when I returned the vehicle

  This location has great customer service. I would have give 5 stars, but I had to wait 45 minutes for them to get my truck from the oil change shop. It was a nice truck and very clean when I did get it. Still a far superior experience than the OBT location.

  Everything was amazing, from the employees to the rental car itself. The process was easy and I had zero issues the entire week I had the rental. Big shout-out to the employees for being so helpful with all my questions. Definitely will be back.
