  I had my windshield replaced at the Safelite center in St Augustine. Everything went smoothly. I arrived early as instructed. The replacement was completed in about 90 minutes. Everyone one that I came in contact with were professional and pleasant. I was surprised to see that my vehicle maintenance and toll stickers were placed on my new windshield. Great work and great service.

  Just tried calling because I have questions and could not get passed the automated system. Not a good start with a new customer. I kept asking to speak to someone and then it finally said "goodbye" and hung up on me. I can only expect that is the kind of service I will get if I move forward with this company.

  I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and was promptly greeted and got my glass replacement going. Car was taken in right away and then the technician wanted to talk. Took me back to the car and he pointed out a very small nick in the new glass. It was so small I had to run my finger over it to be sure it was there. I really appreciate that he pointed out the nick and didn't install the glass as it was right at the drivers sight line and would have been obvious. We were leaving town quite a while and though the glass wasn't repaired we didn't have to look at the nick for our road trip. The Technician was very apologetic and I appreciate his honesty. I would definitely take my car to this Safelite location in the future. Great customer service.

  Terrible. They made an appointment for between 1 - 6 p.m., and Noone called or showed. When I called at 5:45 to see what was going on, the office conveniently closed company wide said they close at 5. Why make appointments outside of business hours? Greed and overbooking. Waste of my valuable time. Im cancelling the repair with them through my insurance and going elsewhere. Garbage service..... highly unrecommended.

  First and last experience dealing with Safelite. Made my appointment via calling their number and speaking with an agent. TIP: Apparently you must SPECIFY if you want your car worked on in the morning, otherwise you will be booked as an “all-day appointment”, something that was never discussed or explained to me. I called in the actual shop location the day before my appointment to confirm and asked about when to drop my car off and was told that if it’s there by 8:30am, it would be worked into the morning schedule. It was not. My car was not worked on until 4pm. Their guarantee was that my car would be done by end of business, which is posted as 5pm, my car was not finished with the keys in my hand until 6:30. I wasted a day of time off from work, no vehicle, and missed my kid’s school event because of their untimeliness and miscommunication. Furthermore, it looked and seemed like my car was completely rushed to get done, because it was. Shoddy work all around the glass, interior was not vacuumed effectively of glass and debris from windshield removal, and other issues regarding new windshield installation. Called corporate and complained about this experience and will also call back to follow-up because I paid $1200!!!!!! for this installation which was TWICE as expensive as done previously through local businesses. NEVER. AGAIN.
