  He was very professional. I really liked his work. He was knowledgeable when I asked a question answer it. It was very very and I would highly recommend him in North Carolina where I live. If he was up here, I would highly recommend recommending. Thank you.

  Their technician Ryan came out to my place in Palm Coast and replaced my windshield through an insurance claim. He was there within the estimated time window and was very nice and got the job done with no issues. Would highly recommend.

  I had an incredibly fluid experience from beginning to end. After being canceled by another auto glass company for the last 3 weeks, I called on Saturday and was completed by Monday afternoon and an hour early. They even discounted my wiper blade replacement. They were also very kind. Highly recommend.

  Failure. Booked a windshield replacement (cash pay) and scheduled a Monday morning install. The Saturday before before the install I get an email from Safelite indicating the "local St. Augustine Safelite" branch doesn't replace windshields on vehicles over 20 years old. They cancelled my appointment. No phone call, no voice mail, just a "tough luck" email upon which they ignored my reply. This repair was for a very generic 2000 Toyota Tundra...not some rare classic car. What a complete waste of time. I could have used another vendor if they had cancelled sooner...going forward I certainly will. Also...they're fleecing your insurance company. They'll bill your insurance $650 for a windshield that's $250 cash pay. If you wonder why your insurance is so high...this is a factor.

  On July 24th I was given an appointment for the technician to come to my home on the 28th to replace my windshield. The time I was given was between 8am-1pm. I made sure to have my truck in an accessible place, which I did. I waited in my truck, to make sure he knew which house he was coming to. I sat there from 8am until right at 1pm waiting. I called the office at that point. At first they couldn't even find my name or appointment. Eventually, after providing the referral number, they found the information. At which point, they tried to contact the technician,who was obviously not available. I was informed that the person (can't remember the name) would email the service manager and that someone would be in contact with me. That was over 24hrs ago. Thankfully my truck is still drivable. I am Tired of waiting. I already wasted 6hrs of my time yesterday. in the future, I will take my business to a local small business owner
