  I've had my car for 14 years, rear window was replaced by safelite 10 years ago and never had an issue so naturally when I woke up to a foot long crack in my windshield i scheduled an appointment n it was fixed the following day. Always professional, always fast and polite.

  They couldn’t get the camera calibrated so I lost safety features that are now disabled in the front of my vehicle. Now I have to take it to a dealership to get it fixed, another day off work, Another day without a vehicle and $150 just to have it looked at! If the dealer says it was an error on their part, which it sounds like it most likely is then I will be bringing the bill to them along with an invoice for time loss and for rental car!

  Extremely disappointed with Safelite and their customer service. Less than 30 days after Safelite replaced my windshield, I got another crack. I initially called and was told it would be considered a new claim and not covered under warranty, so I accepted that and moved on. Weeks later, Safelite’s warranty department repeatedly called me. When I finally answered, I explained the situation and specifically asked if the windshield would be replaced under warranty at no cost to me. I was told yes and scheduled the appointment. The technician arrived today and told me they could not replace the windshield and that I would need to file a new claim. I wasted my time, and the technician’s time, because I was very clear about what I was asking before scheduling. I was also told their warranty could help with my windshield wipers, which have been noticeably louder since the replacement, but I was given no assistance with that either. I’ve already contacted corporate and am waiting for a response. My biggest issue is the lack of communication and consistency. If something isn't covered, just say that upfront. Don't tell a customer it's covered, schedule an appointment, and then have the technician say the opposite. Very frustrating experience and extremely disappointing customer service.

  Recently, an object, probably a rock, struck our front windshield and immediately produce a crack. Our insurance company suggested Safelite, and we are glad that we followed their suggestion. The appointment was made through the insurance company website. Safelite came to our home and replaced the windshield. The job was professionally completed in a timely manner by a skilled installer who knew not only have to replace a windshield correctly, but how to leave a good impression with a customer. This is not the first windshield that has been replaced in one of my cars. And, I will not hesitate to call Safelite for service for any glass related claim.

  Excellent customer service. The waiting room was clean, TV, coffee and pleasant place to wait. They offered to replace my windshield wipers but I declined because I didn't have the extra money. They told me where I could buy them later. Then before I left the manager came and told me he put on the Wipers free of charge to me. I was very thankful and feel they really listened and cared. You don't find this many places anymore. They went above and beyond and I would highly recommend this shop. I thank them for their thoughtfulness and helping me. Exceptional service and my Windshield looks great.
