The employee working the counter, a tall white male who appeared to be in his 30s, with brown hair and glasses, was watching videos on his phone and barely looked up while helping him. He was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When my husband said “thank you” before leaving, the employee simply replied, “Yeah.” Management should address this and remind employees to treat customers with basic courtesy and professionalism.
