    I had such a wonderful experience with this dealership and highly recommend! This was my first time buying a vehicle and I had immense anxiety about the process. Aldi initially helped me by bringing out vehicles that I was interested in, and was nothing but kind and understanding in terms of answering my multitude of questions + my lack of experience. She was extremely knowledgeable, and even more patient. We came to Hanania first in my car-search adventure, and left knowing we’d be back the next day leaving with a car. When we arrived the next day we were promptly greeted and assisted by Aldi, who then handed us over to the finance manager Adam. He was also incredibly kind, helpful, and patient as I navigated this process for the first time. I strongly recommend this dealership and am so thankful for such a positive first car-buying experience; I am particularly thankful given the gravity of such a purchase. Thank you all so much for everything!

    They got me! I found my truck online worked the whole deal with the salesman over the phone. He was excellent, or so I thought. Got there, mind you I told him I would be late because we were coming from an hour away. The minute I walked in the door, The finance manager Ryan was a complete jerk and said that he was in a hurry to leave. We did the deal. He was unhappy with the promises that were made to me and he made that known. He then talked my wife and I into an extended three year 36,000 mile warranty. We agree to it. He told us it would be bumper-to-bumper for three years 36,000 miles and if anything broke on the truck, it would be covered with $100 deductible. I accepted, it increased our payment by $27. To me it seemed worth it. Fast forward a week, I notice a few things wrong with the truck called and spoke to Ryan. He told me I could not use my warranty for 30 days so to wait 30 days and then call the Chevy dealership to get it in for an appointment. I did so. Come to find out Ryan in fact did not sell me the warranty that he told me he did. He instead sold me a technology package that I declined the first time he offered. Ryan no longer works there. I have called texted, and Emailed my salesman, the general manager, and the finance manager and no one has responded. If I could give you one piece of advice, it would be to stand clear of this dealership once you purchase a vehicle, they no longer care.

    ⭐ 1 Star – Disappointing Experience at Jack Hanania Chevrolet (St. Augustine, FL) I don’t usually write reviews, but today’s experience felt worth sharing. Earlier this week, I scheduled an appointment to test drive a Chevy Equinox EV. The appointment was confirmed, and a sales representative even called me to discuss what I was looking for. The day before my visit, the same representative texted me to reconfirm, as I had explained that my lease is ending soon and I’m beginning the process of exploring new vehicle options—not making an immediate purchase. I arrived on time for my appointment, only to feel rushed into a sales discussion despite clearly stating my intent to simply test drive and evaluate the vehicle. After stepping away briefly, the representative returned to inform me that they didn’t have any Equinox EVs available on the lot. This was extremely frustrating, as the entire purpose of my appointment was to test drive that specific vehicle. Had I been informed ahead of time, I wouldn’t have wasted a trip. Overall, the experience felt disorganized and dismissive of my time. It gave the impression that test drives may not be taken seriously unless you’re prepared to buy on the spot. If I decide to move forward with a Chevy Equinox EV, I will be choosing a different dealership.

    Mid jan requested detailed pictures of a truck they had listed, took over a week for someone to send me the pictures I requested to be able to see damage on the truck, didnt want to drive 2 hours if the damage was worse than you could see in the photos listed on their website. Got the pics, decided check it out. Got there to test drive it and the inside was disgusting even though they said it was detailed, made the decision to purchase the truck, asked that they detail it a little better while we did paperwork. Tried to raise the price on me b/c I wasnt using their financing, I originally told the salesman before I drove over that I had my own financing &made sure there weren't any extra fees. Came to agreed upon price after threatening to leave multiple times. Signed the last bit of ppw, went outside to leave and make sure everything was still in the truck after detail (detailing was still horrible) opened the hood and entire grille fell off and was hanging by the camera wire (previously opened it with no issues). Salesman (Kevin) got packing tape and taped it on so I could drive 2 hours home, he gave me ppw saying the dealership agrees to fix it. 3 days later I got an estimate from my local ford dealership to fix it,forwarded the estimate to the the Hanania dealership and Kevin asking how to proceed. After a week of no response I finally was able to reach a sales manager (Simo) who assured me that they will get it repaired & they want to keep the customer happy & he would have Kevin call me. Kevin told me to order an aftermarket one from ebay bc it would be alot cheaper and he would submit to corporate to send me a check for reimbursement but it might take a few weeks, i agreed. After a month of no contact or reimbursement check I started to try to follow up. Called corporate multiple times to track down the check and was transferred between multiple people who had no idea what was going on. From March 18- May 8 I called the Hanania Chevrolet dealership to see what was going on, called over 50 times, left over 20 messages with sales managers, general manager Marcin, sent multiple emails to both with no response from anyone, even texted kevin the salesman who read my text message (text thread showed he read it) but never responded. Even tried calling some of their other dealerships to see if different store manager could give me someones email higher up to assist, but yet still no response back. May 8 I did a deeper search online and found a phone # for the chief administrative officer, Karma. Karma was going to get with Marcin to follow up and that I should here from him within a day or 2 and if not to call her back, surprise surprise no response from Marcin. Called Karma, let her know, she said she is going to make sure he calls me today, an hour later I finally receive a call from Marcin. May13 Marcin told me to send him the invoice and paperwork and he will make sure the check gets sent out. Emailed him all the ppw he request the next day, 1 week went by and still no response from Marcin or a sign of the check. Emailed Marcin multiple times to follow up, no response, called and left him multiple messages and still no response.May26 called and left Karma a message relaying the issue still, Marcin finally called me back within the hour of leaving Karma a voicemail. He stated that the check was processed and was just waiting for corporate to sign it and he will have them overnight it. June1 still no check, called multiple times and left Marcin multiple messages, june 2 spoke to a sales rep to please get Marcin and not pass me to his voicemail. Finally got Marcin &he stated everything was submitted on his end and that he would follow up and call me back, told him I wasnt holding my breathe bc he hadnt returned any calls. Marcin finally called me back 30 mins later stating it was mailed out. FINALLY got the check 2 days later. If it wasnt for Karma (chief administrative officer) I dont think I would have ever received the check.
