  Incredibly disappointed with the lack of accommodation for out-of-town customers at Jack Hanania Chevrolet. I drove all the way from out of town for a scheduled warranty repair to replace an interior door panel. Initially, I was told the wait would be an hour and a half, leaving me stranded. When I asked about a courtesy vehicle, the advisor Corey spoke to the service manager Jason Bumgardner who refused. Suddenly, the time estimate dropped down to "only 30 minutes" just to avoid providing a loaner. The most frustrating part is the double standard. When I bought my vehicle here, they happily handed me a completely different car to drive over the weekend while waiting for a dealer trade. They clearly have the vehicles and the capability to help, but the customer service vanishes once the sale is final and you return for factory warranty work.

  One star because after a horrible, disrespectful and deceitful experience with salesman Jesus, the manager apologized to us. However that does not eliminate the lies and deceptive tactics used to trick us into paying an additional 5K on products we were told were complimentary. And after hoping we didn’t notice the 5K line item for “complimentary warranty”, he lied again and said he waived all costs when he actually waived 90% of the warranty coverage and then tried again to charge us for it separately.

  After lots of searching for the vehicle that I was looking for and after visiting numerous car dealerships, I was finally met with great customer service and satisfaction at Hanania Chevrolet in Saint Augustine, Florida. Zach was able to put me into the exact vehicle I was looking for. Thank you for your assistance Zach ….it was a great overall experience to have had toe opportunity to work with you. Love my new Trailblazer RS

  Can’t say this about many dealerships, But I love this one. My family and I have purchased our last three vehicles here in the last 5 years and we have always had an amazing out come and an enjoyable time doing it. No one is there to push into a vehicle you don’t want. Really do enjoy purchasing vehicles again. Also if you have any issues at other places with credit or what have you. Here they bend over backwards to make sure you can afford and love the vehicle you’re going to leave in. Big Thanks to our salesman Minh, your Awesome we can’t thank you enough for the smile on our Sons face!!!!! Keep up the great work!!!!

  Went to test drive one of their used vehicles for a first-time car for my daughter, the salesman ( who was probably new) was very nice and informed me that the car I was looking at was in a row of affordable cars for first time buyers. The car we went to go look at was listed at KBB for 7k. Upon looking at the vehicle the engine bay look like it was parked in the Atlantic for about a month there was rattling coming in from a loose heat shield on the bottom and upon our test drive the front driver side brake locked up and the brake and rotor were smoking when we got completed our test drive. I informed the salesman that I was not really interested but if they can wow me with a number and fix that issues we could talk some numbers the sales manager proceeded to show us a number 11.5k otd. They had a $500 e-filing fee $949 dealer fee and almost 2K reconditioning fee. Needless to say I would never buy a car from this dealer they're trying to sell junk and have you pay to fix it on top of that.. I told my salesman I can't believe the manager had the gall to come out here and present that number. I'm sure the dealer will reply with some automated response that they care and to contact them to try to make an outcome but I don't care I would never buy a car from this dealer ever trust the other reviews that you see run away from this place don't waste your time.
