  Typical misleading salesmen. Be careful how they try to convince you something is normal if it's not, and how they play on words. For example when you point out a chipped windshield and they say "oh I'll get that fixed", it means a "repair", not a new windshield. You will still see the chip on your new/used car. Or if a tire tread looks rough, you'll get "that's just the way it's designed. Meant to look rugged." And if they "fix" something, make sure it is actually fixed before you drive off the lot.

  Minh was great salesman to work with. I’ll even say he went above and beyond. I live over 5 hours from the dealership so communication was very important. He was prompt in returning my calls and messages, even available on his day off. And when it came time to purchasing the vehicle, he drove to the airport, which is an hour away to pick me up. Made sure the vehicle was cleaned before I left. Thanks for everything!!!

  Zach took the time to answer all the questions I had and both he and the sales team were able to find vehicle I was searching for I absolutely love my 2026 equinox EV LT2 They were patient as well as extremely knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions. The process was a very smooth one, and I would definitely suggest others to give them a try. I’m sure you’ll be extremely satisfied as I was.

  We purchased a beautiful 22 2500 Silverado high country in march of 2025. Came with a promotional 7 year/ 70k mile warranty, we honestly didn’t think we could afford it, but the team made it happen. Absolutely love the truck and the sales process with Mike was smooth, no issues there. Here is where I start to have my issue. Fast forward to a little over a year later, coming to find out i do not have said promotional warranty. I have called the dealer multiple times only to be ghosted with no call backs from them at all, I have left voice mails for the director of finance Joe, even to the extent of getting corporate General Motors involved. I feel like I was deceived into purchasing the more expensive vehicle because it came with said warranty, if I didn’t get this truck I would have gotten one with a lower price and added the extended warranty. The fact now that I can’t even get a call back from these people, it blows my mind. We have been back and fourths for almost a month with no results. It is an insult to General Motors that they can get by with this kind customer service. I’ll be calling corporate again in the morning.
