  Saturday my wife and I drove 2 hours to JHB with a truck in mind, after having the most awful experience at a different dealership the day before Natalie at JHB was very professional, welcoming and quick! In just a short 2 hours we test drove, completed all paperwork/financing and walked out with the truck of our dreams. Thank you so much Natalie we will be sending everyone your way!

  Had a great experience with the team at the dealership. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Special thanks to the used car manager Richard for being honest, respectful, and making sure everything was handled the right way. Anton was excellent, communication was clear, and they really took care of me from start to finish. Definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable and friendly place to buy a car.

  Jeremy was my sales person on April 30th, and was absolutely awesome! From the time I stepped out of my vehicle until I left in my brand new 2026 Encore GX, I was given first-rate service. Everyone at Jack Hanania Buick GMC were extremely friendly and willing to help or answer any questions I might have. It was a very pleasant experience and one that I don't regret. The ease of my sales experience was extremely satisfying. Jeremy explained all the features & operations to me while test driving. Anthony Hanania helped me get Onstar & Sirius XM setup. While waiting on the financial part, Jeremy asked if I needed any accessories for my new car, and if I'm not mistaken, I was enrolled in the GM Rewards Program. It was such a fun, exciting, and busy day! I highly recommend this dealership.

  Drove 5 hours to look at a 2017 duramax posted for $35,995. Showed up and immediately noticed frame rust. Test drove the vehicle and all was well. Asked if they could move a little on the price and received a counter offer of $42,000 out the door!! 4,000 in transportation fees and another 3 grand in random fees. Says they took it through the shop and fixed whatever was broken. Whole time they just changed the oil and fuel filter. Wow what a repair!! Honestly just laughed at the situation and walked out. I see why they have 2.1 stars now honestly it’s my fault for showing up at all. Wouldn’t shop here ***** reply to your response. Yall waived the $1500 no trade in fee. And yall didn’t present me with 39k out the door. Yall presented 42k. And your math still doesn’t add up. Truck was posted for 36 and $1500 trade in fee (that you waived) does not equal $39,000. Either way you had a hidden 4,000 transportation fee that was not made apparent before driving down there. Yall have had the truck for over 30 days and the whole frame is rusted. Clearly yall bought it from auction sight un seen and are trying to get out of it. Just not the truck for me.

  I stopped in to Jack Hanania GMC on a whim looking for a car for my daughter . Came across Natalie and give her and the salaes manager team quite an obstacle to get my daughter into a reliable car to travel to college in . Natalie was superb very friendly and respectful not the type to push you into something you really didn't want . She was very informative and made sure I knew the difference between car's I looked at trims options ect . She kept me updated through the whole process taught me how to use a new age coffe machine and walked my daughter through hooking her phone up to the car and showing her how the app work's . Natalie is definitely the type of seller I'd prefer to work with . The sales team worked as fast and effectively as they could even giving the major obstacle I'd given them to work with . But within a few hours my daughter drove off in a brand new vehicle . I have done business with the company before but I'd have to say the team they have now has been the easiest to work with through the whole process .
