  Anthony is awesome! He is professional knowledgeable, respectful & super friendly & likable! He made us feel comfortable and was very patient with us and answered all of our many questions. We arrived on the lot & he greeted us right away & helped us find the new 2026 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali that we were looking at online. He shared all of the features & my husband got to test drive it to be sure he loved it. Thank you Anthony for spending time with us on Sunday & helping us to navigate the buying process. My husband loves his new truck and we both are loving that new car smell.

  I am pleased to share my experience with this dealership. My husband and I visited the dealership recently to purchase a vehicle. I spoke with the General Manager, Rick, on the phone, and he was so motivating and reassuring that we jumped in our vehicle and drove from Georgia to St Augustine. When we arrived, we met with our sales guy, Jeremy. I have to say the entire experience was awesome, and they were able to work everything out with our trade and the financing. After everything was done, my husband and I got the car we wanted: a brand-new Buick Encore ST. Jeremy, the GM, Rick, and the Finance Officer were very professional and pleasant. We had a great experience, and I highly recommend this business. If you want a vehicle, they will do everything within their power to make sure you drive off the lot with the vehicle you want.

  Do not buy from here. They are complete scammers. We agreed with 5% APR and for my trade in to be paid off because I traded in. I told them the exact pay off amount. Come to find out they changed the number in the paperwork and left almost $1,000 on the car that they are making me pay off for them. And they changed the APR on the truck I purchased from them to 6.74% behind my back even though they told me 5%. They didn’t show me a single thing in writing and rushed me to sign everything. Julian put the iPad infront of me and said “just sign here” with everything. Ofcourse they did this, they changed things behind my back to scam me. I’m getting my attorney involved since they are refusing to be accountable. I’ve called and left a message needing to speak to someone about what they’re doing, and it goes straight to voicemail. Left a voicemail and they won’t call back. Edit: They’re still lying in their response to my review 🙃

  Record of experience at this store : Bought a used car here outright with cash after turning down multiple offers to finance it for more money. Unfortunately, the car broke down within the same week. It had less than 140k miles, and despite being older, I was reassured with comments along the lines of, “We’re a local dealer — we wouldn’t sell you something bad because it comes back around.” I took it to two different mechanics, and both asked where I had bought it because of aftermarket work that appeared to be causing constant misfires and repeated fuel/intake issues. After spending around $2,000 dealing with those problems over the next three months, I eventually had to sell the car at a significant loss because I needed something reliable for my family. I also shopped at most of the other local dealerships, and compared with those experiences, the atmosphere here felt noticeably more ego-driven. Daniel and Anthony were the exceptions — both seemed genuinely nice and were probably the best part of the experience.
