  Had not so good experience when it was Atlantic Chrysler. Sin the owner change decide to try it again. Glad I did. I have my vehicle for some repairs and body shot bough experience we’re good.

  This might be the worst service dept I’ve ever dealt with. The dash on my 2022 Dodge ram Limited is completely messed up. I called in November to submit a Goodwill claim. The rep told me that it would be a month before the new dash came in. I called back a month later and he said it was on backorder. The call back in a Few months. I called back again and he said it was still on backorder a few months later.. Last week I called yet Again, and they said that the rep that I’ve been dealing with was no longer with them and he messed up. They then said I would have to pay $500 to offset the charge. This was after several calls with them. Very dissatisfied with not only the dealership, but with Dodge. This was not the only episode that I had with the service department. They actually left a lug nut off my wheel and rotating it just horrible.

  Received an email offering $30 off oil change. I remembered I was late getting my oil changed due to busy schedule traveling for out of town family events. I setup an appointment online for an appointment this morning. I went in a little early, I was greeted upon entering. I was directed to Sean Doyle to handle my appointment. He immediately took my information, went to my car for mileage and other information. Sean was very polite and personable. The entire appointment for oil change and tire rotation was done within an hour. . I had left my purse at home and he offered to me to pay via phone, but I declined as I had already called my husband, who already was on his way. I thought that was really nice.
