  Absolutely AMAZING experience! Went in for one car left with two! Eddie and Amir gave us the VIP treatment were respectful, kind and courteous. They listened to our needs and met every expectation! I highly recommend shopping at HANANIA!

  Attention Possible Buyers. I will be posting reasons to avoid this dealership. I will post all correspondence and documentation. I would highly recommend avoiding them until you read the information. Any response from them I would take with a grain of salt. This post will be edited with facts and video then you can make your own decisions . In 68 years, and as a dealership owners son many years ago It is simply to much to believe. Watch your local consumer reporter. Any response from the dealership is a complete fabrication and in my opinion, avoid this dealership.I would like to remind all shoppers that the best way to avoid bad retailers is to not shop there. There are plenty of retailers who value their customers. I can't recommend anyone but I had a great experience at Arlington jeep years ago. A update to this story is online. The documents will be uploaded so the dealer can make claims but you can see for yourself. All photos, video and figures were made by the dealership. Also online you will see my actual texts and figures and then therefs most recent to me. It is what you see. Run away. I now have copies of actual texts Describing in detail the events and the art of deception. Your's for the asking.

  This was by far the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a car dealership. I had issues with title paperwork, registration of the vehicle, the initial purchase process, unprofessionalism amongst employees, errors made my employees on the initial paperwork that was then blamed by me, and threats from the financial manager due to errors made by their employees - all after paying over $70k cash for a vehicle. I can’t even get these people to return my phone calls. It has been 2 months, and I am on my 2nd temporary tag and without a title for the vehicle. I am having to call on a daily basis, multiple times a day, just to be put off and told they’ll call me back - which they never do. If you can find the car you want at any other dealership - purchase there instead. This whole process has been a nightmare.
