  Never ever using any Hanania location no matter what make or model I have. I have platinum coverage warranty through fidelity which I purchased with my brand new dodge challenger at dodge. I actually had to call my aunt Jen wall whom works at Honda Saint Augustine along with my uncle Kerry wall to pull my warranty by my vin number. Very simple. I had to have my aunt pull this because dodge hanania of Saint Augustine tried to charge me for a diagnostics charge of 189. Then they tried to charge me 195 for a part for my seat. And then when I asked to speak to a manager I said I don’t believe I have faith in you completing the back up camera or my seat button. And your trying to make me Pay for something when I have a warranty. The manager proceeded to claim he was now charging me 200$ because he didn’t think I would bring my car back for the work. Well no ofcourse not your trying to make me pay when i already pay for a warranty. I also told him I already had my aunt who works in the parts at Honda tell Me I could take my car anywhere with that warranty. So now my husband is stranded at dodge and they are refusing to give me my keys unless I pay a 200 deposit. I am at work and my poor husband is having to deal with the manager and I fighting over how you legally can’t do that. I hang up frustrated. My husband orders an uber. Which we paid for three times. Would have been nice to have gotten a ride from the dealership. Lol. Yeah right. That might cost 200 also. So I call back promise to bring my car back because I was threatened to have to pay a deposit. So my future business will be anywhere other than any hanania location. They are crooks and thief’s. No thank you. Shame on you for stealing from people who may not know better. Well if you need honest service go see me aunt and uncle. They are honest Christian’s. FYI my back up camera still doesn’t work. So now I guess I have to pay for it because there is no way in hell I will ever bring my car back to them at hanania

  I’ve gone in twice in the last 6-8 months both times for recalls and both times received excellent service! They got me in right away and took care of my recalls without trying to push extra work on me. While there last week they noticed some corrosion on my hood hinge area. I have a ‘21 Jeep gladiator and the body shop mgr. (Jason) looked up my warranty and I had less than a week of coverage left! So he got me in right away and provided a rental while they repainted my hood and hinges! They did a beautiful job I can’t say enough about the awesome treatment I received from everyone from the service writers, body shop, service department to the GM who really wanted to make sure I was happy with my experience!

  Hands‑down the worst dealer experience I’ve ever had. Hanania Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram still operates like it’s the 90s — high pressure, pushy sales tactics, and no interest in what the customer actually wants. My salesperson was cocky and kept trying to force any Jeep Wrangler on me, ignoring the color and configuration I specifically asked for. He even made me feel like I was being difficult simply because I didn’t want the white, black, purple, etc. they had available. I had to leave, and they promised to run numbers and get back to me. They never called. Thankfully, I went to Bozard Ford and got a fantastic deal on a Bronco with a far better experience. I would never recommend Hanania. Avoid this place!!

  My experience with this dealership has been extremely negative and deeply concerning. The repairs took over five months, and throughout that time the dealership repeatedly demonstrated incompetence and dishonesty. They broke the visor on our vehicle and attempted to blame us. They also provided false information to our insurance company, which caused significant delays. When we identified additional damage they caused, the dealership responded by attempting to charge fabricated fees and refused to release our vehicle until we paid them. These “storage fees” were never disclosed at drop‑off, and the only reason the vehicle remained there was because they failed to complete the repairs in a timely manner. The vehicle sat so long that the battery died, yet they still tried to force us to pay these surprise charges before allowing us to pick it up. This dealership’s behavior — from breaking parts and denying responsibility, to providing inaccurate information, to attempting to extort customers with undisclosed fees — is unacceptable and unprofessional. I strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere.

  I do not recommend this dealership at all. I was interested in buying a Dodge Charger, and before my family and I made the hour-long drive to the dealership, we were told the vehicle came with a warranty. Once we arrived, we found out that wasn’t true. It felt like we were told whatever was necessary just to get us through the door. When we looked at the car in person, we noticed both headlights had water inside them, which is clearly not acceptable. The dealership promised they would replace or repair the headlights and told us to call back to schedule an appointment. For months, we’ve been calling, and every single time we get the same response: “We’ll call you back to schedule.” That call never comes. We’ve been given the runaround over and over with no resolution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend doing business with this dealership. If they make promises before the sale, don’t expect them to follow through afterward.
