  Left dirty/oily smudges on car interior and exterior. Lengthy wait bc this location was understaffed. No high pressure sales tactics experienced.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about the kindness and compassion the team at Grease Monkey showed us today. My tire blew while I was on the highway taking my daughter to get an MRI. I pulled off the interstate at the first place I could safely stop, which happened to be a BP. My daughter noticed Grease Monkey right next door, so I slowly made my way over, hoping they could help. Even though they don’t sell tires or have tire equipment, they didn’t just say, “Sorry, we can’t help you.” Instead, they said, “We’ll take you up the street to purchase the tires, bring you back, and put them on for you.” And that’s exactly what they did. They went completely out of their way to help me during an already stressful day, and they didn’t even charge me for the labor. I am forever grateful. Thank you for reminding me that there are still genuinely good people who are willing to help simply because someone needs it. You all were truly a blessing to me and my daughter today. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would!

  Barely had time to get updates from my sister, a recent Gramma about her newborn nephew. And then I drove north without being a nervous wreck because the crew chief was so attentive. I would drop his name, but I was distracted by my great nephew

  Took my truck to Grease Monkey in St. Augustine after some electrical gremlins had it dead in the water, and these guys got it sorted out fast. They actually took the time to explain what was wrong instead of just handing me a bill, and now it’s running and driving like nothing ever happened. Solid, honest mechanics — definitely going back if I have any more issues.

  I had a great experience at Grease Monkey, especially thanks to Coop. He did an excellent job replacing my power steering and took the time to address a few other things that came up while he was working on my car. I really appreciated his attention to detail, professionalism, and willingness to make sure everything was taken care of properly. It’s clear that Coop takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing the job right. I felt confident knowing my car was in good hands, and I really appreciate all of his help. I highly recommend you bring your car here!
