  I have had my last two oil changes at this place. Despite being full synthetic, after the first oil change my maintenance light came on at exactly 2000 miles after receiving the oil change. Toyota recommends every 10k miles, though most professionals I have talked to have recommended 5k. This time I was at just over 6k since my last oil change which is a bit much but while I was waiting in the car the guy doing my oil changes loudly said, “This guy is way past overdue. It’s one of those guys. And just an oil change.” They kept repeatedly asking me to get a ton of their recommendations and when I kept insisting, the guy took out my air filter, shook it in my face and said, “When are you going to get this done?” Then stands there waiting for a response. Shaking a supposedly dirty air filter in someone’s face, after they insisted upon getting other services somewhere else or doing it themselves, is not only incredibly disrespectful to a customer but could easily have gotten dirt in my eyes. On top of all of this, they did not put back the rear bolts on my engine splash shield resulting in the shield dragging whenever I go in reverse.

  I hit a pothole by Hobby Lobby. My protective covering came loose and was dragging. I was trying to drive home when check oil light came on. Thank goodness the Grease Monkey was open. Clayton and Blaine are AMAZING! They fixed my car and made sure my oil pan was ok. I highly recommend coming here!

  These guys are very fast and knowledgeable and know what services your car needs done. I work near them and its nothing but major convenience. Wish oil changes were a bit less $, but there is always a promo code to help. I will continue to use them as my go to quick oil change spot and minor service work in St. Augustine. Thanks Grease Monkey.

  The gentleman were very kind and fast knowledgeable. Asked if I could change some items that need changing however, I expressed that I was a single mom recently divorced in a very tough financial spot and was not able to do the suggested and did not push me to buy more product, which is very appreciated because that’s my fear of going to oil change places as a woman as a single mom. I always feel like I’ll be taking advantage of these gentlemen did not do that. And we’re very kind and even let me use my coupon. Highly recommend this place and thank you so much to the gentleman working today
