  I have not purchased yet from them but they are very responsive and fair and have done everything to accommodate me as an out of state purchaser.Kelly and Brittany have been a pleasure to deal with.Even if I don't ultimately buy from them I wanted to give my input.I have been dealing with multiple dealers and found these folks to be the most honest and straightforward of the rest

  Hands down the easiest and most pleasant car-buying experience we’ve ever had. From start to finish, there was absolutely zero pressure, which made the entire process feel comfortable and straightforward. What really stood out was the extra effort they put in for us. Instead of making us drive to another dealership in their brand to test a different option, they went and brought that vehicle over so we could compare everything in one place. That level of consideration saved us time and said a lot about how much they value their customers. The facility itself is beautiful, and every single staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. You could tell teamwork and customer experience are a priority here. If you’re looking for a stress-free, first-class dealership experience, this is the place. We would absolutely recommend them and would happily buy from them again.

  Had the most amazing experience working with Christopher and Brittany at Fields Pre-Owned St. Augustine! I found the car I wanted online and with great help from Christopher and Brittany was able to easily coordinate everything I needed to drive up from Orlando and drive the car off the lot same day! It took us longer to drive to the dealership than it did to buy the actual car! Highly recommend working with this awesome team at Fields!
