    A huge thank you to Todd Riggs at Fields Cadillac St. Augustine in and his partner Darla for going above and beyond to make this deal happen. Their communication, dedication, and genuine care throughout the entire process were truly appreciated. What stood out the most was how they took the time to understand our situation and our story. They didn’t just see us as another customer — they truly advocated for us and helped GM Finance understand who we are rather than simply dismissing us. Because of their hard work and commitment, Brad was able to get the vehicle he really wanted, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Todd and Darla made the entire experience such a positive one, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for a team that truly goes the extra mile. Thank you both for everything!

    I was referred to Fields Cadillac when I was looking to purchase a vehicle and scheduled an appointment with a sales representative, PJ. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Despite having an appointment, I waited an hour and a half past my scheduled time with my young son. Before arriving, I had informed PJ that I was recovering from a double mastectomy. After waiting for quite some time, I even offered to return the following day if he was busy with another customer. Several times, I was assured it would only be “a couple more minutes,” but the wait continued. My biggest concern is not simply the delay itself—it is the complete lack of consideration. Recovering from major surgery is physically and emotionally demanding, and being left waiting for an extended period, despite making my circumstances known, made me feel that my health and time were of little importance. I came prepared with financing already in place and knew exactly which vehicle I wanted to make the process as seamless as possible, but it didn’t seem to make a difference. I also paid to have my windows tinted, but was never explained to that I would need to return at a later date. Afterwards, I was told someone from the service department would contact me within two weeks, but no one ever did. I had to call the dealership myself to arrange the service. While there were several issues throughout the transaction, the most disappointing aspect of this experience was the lack of empathy, professionalism, and communication shown toward a customer. I expected a luxury dealership to value its customers’ time and show compassion for their circumstances. Instead, I was left feeling overlooked, frustrated, and deeply disappointed. This was, without question, one of the worst car-buying experiences I have ever had.

    My experience with fields of St. Augustine branch was incredibly professional and extremely strategically applied from my representative Mike who was absolutely helpful and Informative. He went the extra mile to make sure I was informed properly taken cared as far as transportation. My situation was extremely stressful and puzzling but Mike walked me through the process with great confidence. and trust, Immediately this branch gave me hope I lost at another location that was restored by Mike's constant research and dedication to repairing my vehicle. A great thanks to him and the entire team became i know first hand this was Toiling situation but they solved the mystery thanks Mike and Fields of St Augustine.

    I recently visited Fields Cadillac to drop off my vehicle for service and was disappointed with the experience. I did not have an appointment, but I wasn’t expecting immediate service. In fact, I clearly explained that I only needed to drop off the vehicle and return to work, and that the dealership could take as much time as needed to address the issue. Despite this, I was met with resistance because I did not have an appointment. The employee who initially assisted me seemed unsure of how to handle the situation and appeared confused about the appropriate process. Rather than offering a clear solution or directing me to someone who could help, the interaction left me feeling like my request was an inconvenience. I understand that appointments help manage workflow, but I would have expected a luxury dealership to have a more streamlined process for customers who need to leave a vehicle for service. Better communication and customer service would have made a significant difference in my experience. I also attempted to discuss the situation with management, but they did not seem concerned or interested in addressing the issue. Given that, I would appreciate it if the dealership refrains from responding with generic statements about wanting to make things right.

    I’ve always had good experiences here however, this time I brought my vehicle in to replace my passenger window and get an oils change/tire rotation and was advised that my vehicle required additional repairs. I have an endurance extended warranty and last time I was in the vehicle also required thousands of dollars of repairs which my warranty covered. After being told about the additional repairs this time, I was told the dealership no longer accepts my warranty but they could complete the repairs if I wanted to pay out of pocket for them. Who in their right mind would pay for an additional 1k in repairs out of pocket when they have a vehicle with 82k miles and a warranty that would cover said repairs? Not to mention the window replacement and service costed 1400.00 already. Maybe I should have been advised when scheduling or dropping the vehicle off that my warranty was no longer accepted as I could have taken my vehicle elsewhere. In addition, when I picked the vehicle up yesterday and asked why my warranty was no longer accepted I was advised that my warranty is a “tv warranty” and that there are thousands of those out there that I should’ve bought a warranty from the dealer”. I advised that my warranty was purchased at the dealership (not fields) and the advisor stated that in that case I needed to take my vehicle “to that dealer”. I can tell you that at 82,000 miles my vehicle should not warrant thousands of dollars worth of work and then if a dealer shop ship wants to maintain a relationship with a customer, they shouldn’t suddenly discontinue the use of certain warranties because it doesn’t pay as much as other warranties (and let me just say last time, the advisor was shocked at the number of items my warranty covered and told me that I had a great warranty) Now I will have to find another dealers Dealership That accepts my Warranty To have these repairs Completed that could have been complete while my vehicle was there. Fields Cadillac has lost me as a customer and as a result, I don’t think I will buy another Cadillac moving forward just based on the sheer number of repairs required for a low mileage vehicle and the actions of fields cadillac.
