- CCChimene1 day ago5.0This was my first time using the Cadillac service center, and I was thoroughly impressed. I called in the morning and was able to get an appointment that same afternoon. The service was prompt, and every staff member I encountered was warm and welcoming. The highlight was my service advisor—when I mentioned an issue with a vehicle setting at the last minute, they went out of their way to find someone who could walk me through it right then and there. Excellent first experience, and I’ll definitely be returning!

He could not have been more helpful. The oil change and tire rotation or quick. Also, Mitch made a heck of a ham egg and cheese bagel sandwich for me. All was good.

His dealership near him dropped the ball terribly so I asked Tore to help him out across country and he made it happen with 0 brain damage and made the whole process seamless and transparent. 10/10 recommend Tore to guide you through your car buying experience!!

We spoke with Mr. Bob on the phone and he hopped right on it Went out in the rain to take a video of the entire car inside and outside. We then came in Saturday to look at the car in person we met with Mr. Bob and he showed us the car and let us test drive it. We were very interested in & after looking at the numbers we decided it was right for us. Everyone here was extremely nice & very friendly. We’re very happy with our purchase and would recommend Fields Cadillac! Thank you again, Mr. Bob!
