  I came into camping world with a little knowledge from you tube university. I met with Mr Kitchens who took me around the lot to look at different choices. He educated me on things I hadn’t considered! Mr. Kitchens was very knowledgeable, professional and patient! I will definitely be making my purchase with Mr. Kitchens when I’m ready!

  I bought a brand new travel trailer August 1, 2026. It had issues they were supposed to call me on Monday of the following week to let me know when those could be resolved. I’ve heard nothing they overcharged me on gap insurance. I’ve tried to call them several times. Nobody will return my phone calls. The walk-through was completely ridiculous. The person that was giving me. The walk-through knew nothing about the RV. He knew how to start the stove. I spent 6 1/2 hours at the dealership so please keep this in mind when you buy anything from Camping World all they care about is getting you in the door. They don’t care about anything else just my opinion and very unhappy customer.

  Im buy my RV Eddy Bauer in Ocala Fl, a year ago, ; we used in this year just 2 times, I know the guarantee eas for a year, but , the guarantee for estructure is 3 years, and now with the rain all the water go inside, that’s ist estructure damage, but I dropped in the dealership and they says that not is estructure damage, and they trying to charge me for repairs $2600 That is not good, I pay in cash and they don’t honored the guarantee for estructure I think this company its not serious, because don’t honored that guarantee

  Have had my camper for a 2hr fix for over 5 months. DO NOT BUY OR SERVICE any RVs here. i showed up after 3 months, and figured out the "issue" they were waiting on with a 30 minute phone call. Doing their job for them. Now they have no more excuses for completing the work and still arent doing a dang thing. No communication, never reply to texts, i have been MORE than patient after all this time. Been without my home for almost half a year, time to send them a bill for hotels and extra rent for this long. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

  Travelers beware! Called for an appointment to check my propane regulator because my propane generator was very hard to start and headed back to the dealer who had no problems on the bench. Contacted camping world to see if they could test my regulator, they could and made an appointment. While we had in there asked him if they could check the outlet for the TV and VCR, as there was no power in it, but all the rest of the outlets worked. Four days later, I got a call on Saturday night, asking for permission to drill out a pin in the back of my camper to get to the batteries. I told him my batteries were under the hood and we were new under warranty. There was nothing wrong with the batteries. Everything worked except one outlet, which we use an extension cord to watch TV, no big deal. Three days later, they let me know that my inverter is shot, and my batteries are dead, and I need a new propane regulator that they can’t find and a hose. After a few more days, I went in to pick up the camper and the regulator and hose. Went downtown St Augustine to the propane company who had the regulator on the shelf. I asked them to check the old propane regulator if they could. Yep nothing wrong with it. After four days, they couldn’t find a new inverter, so I went online, found one and got it the next day. When I took the front seat off to replace the inverter, as I grabbed the second wire to disconnect it, it was pulled out and laying in the socket, not connected. I connected it and everything worked perfect except the one outlet. When I asked the customer service girl why they called me at home, trying to find the batteries in the back of the van when they have service manuals. She told me a 2014 is too old to have any service manuals. I asked how come they didn’t look it up on the Internet because everybody has a cell phone and she sits in front of a computer. She said the service men don’t have cell phones. 800 and plus dollars later nothing‘s working or repaired and I asked to speak to the service manager. He wouldn’t see me and I waited too long and left and placed a call for him to return my call. He called me a week later, I explained to him the problem. He said he would get back to me. That was two months ago and still have not heard back anything on why I paid over $800 and got nothing done, except I was scammed and conned into thinking that my inverter was shot because there was no power anywhere. BTW, I went back to the parts store, who tested my batteries under warranty, and they were both in great and perfect working order. They don’t have a clue, and it’s all about extra money, as they did nothing except try to sell me a new inverter after pulling the wire out of one of the pins. I gave them one star because I can’t leave zero stars. They lied cheated and never did take care of my problems, but they took my money and we’re thrilled about it.
