    I brought a vehicle here for a 30k service, and I have to say this is probably one of the best service areas and dealership floors I've been to in the First Coast and Fun Coast area. The famous Beaver slogan says 'I'm here to wow ya,' and they definitely wow'd me! The service agent, Angelina, was friendly, helpful, and courteous. She double-checked all the services provided, got the vehicle washed, and automatically gave a veteran discount after noticing my hat. The service waiting area was clean and comfortable with several seating options, places to plug in devices, and free donuts and coffee. I would highly recommend this dealership!

    My name is Nadea and me and my mom had the pleasure to work with Isaac. When I originally inquired about the vehicle, I was sent pictures and videos immediately with details to get my options together. When we arrived he was on time, very clear and professional. He even helped us return the rental in time to complete the sale lol! Overall process was smooth and clear . After leaving we had some small concerns, which he then addressed immediately and provided communication. As a first time buyer I appreciate his patience with me and the process.

    Before the sale, communication and follow up was great. After the sale it goes downhill. Issues with brand new car a month after purchasing, nobody taking ownership and management shying away from the issue. The follow up that has been promised is non existent. No word back from ED. DJ said manager Cam would reach out to find a resolution, no word from him either, that was a week ago. Regretting going with them for this purchase

    Our experience with the sales department at Beaver Mitsubishi was fantastic. Our salesperson, JB, was absolutely amazing. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and made the entire leasing process smooth and enjoyable. If I were reviewing only JB, this would easily be a 5-star review. He truly went above and beyond, and he’s the reason we chose to lease our Mitsubishi Outlander. Unfortunately, everything after the sale has been a huge disappointment. Just 8 days after getting the vehicle, I picked up a screw in one of the tires. Since the vehicle was brand new, I wasn’t sure what warranties or road hazard coverage might apply, so I brought it to the service department hoping they could either repair the tire or explain my options. Instead, I was immediately told I needed to buy a brand-new tire. I asked them to wait until my wife arrived before making any decisions. When she got there, we also discovered the vehicle didn’t even come with a spare tire—only a can of tire sealant and a small portable air compressor. As someone whose wife and child are in this vehicle every day, that was very concerning. Rather than taking a moment to understand why we were frustrated, the situation became even worse. While my wife was expressing her concerns, Edwin, the service manager, raised his voice and said, “You’re not going to talk to me like that!” Instead of listening, showing empathy, or trying to help, the interaction became confrontational. At that point, we left. We had the tire temporarily plugged elsewhere so we could safely drive until we figured out our next step. I do want to recognize Joey in the parts department. He reached out afterward and genuinely tried to help, which we appreciated. The following weekend, I returned and spent over $300 on a replacement tire! Joey did great! The contrast between the sales experience and the service experience couldn’t be greater. JB earned our trust, but the service department completely lost it. Customer service doesn’t end when the paperwork is signed. At this point, I’m honestly wishing we had stayed with Beaver Toyota, where we’ve always felt valued as customers. I don’t have confidence in returning to Beaver Mitsubishi for service, and based on this experience, I wouldn’t purchase another vehicle from them. JB deserves every bit of recognition for his outstanding service. Unfortunately, the service department turned what should have been an exciting experience into an incredibly frustrating one.

    GOD THE GLORY then Isaac, Stacy, Joseph, DJ! What an amazing amazing staff and crew! I am sooooooo grateful to have been directed here. God completely blessed me through these guys and I am overjoyed!!!! They went ABOVE AND BEYOND!!!!!
