  I had such a great experience purchasing my car from Beaver Mitsubishi, and I especially want to thank Ed for making the entire process so easy and enjoyable! From the moment I arrived, Ed was incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful. I never felt pressured or rushed into making a decision, which made the experience so much more comfortable. Ed was also amazing at answering all of my questions and addressing every concern I had throughout the entire sale. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I understood everything before moving forward. I really appreciated how approachable he was and how willing he was to help with anything I needed. Buying a car can be stressful, but Ed made the whole experience feel simple and positive. I’m very grateful for his help and professionalism, and I would absolutely recommend Ed to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. If you’re looking for someone who is genuinely helpful, welcoming, and cares about making sure you have a good experience, definitely ask for Ed at Beaver Mitsubishi !!

  Went to Saint Augustine Mitsubishi to look at the outlanders. I just rented a Mitsubishi outlander. It was a great car awesome ride luxury comfort so many features. It was totally amazing. 10 out of 10 on the scale! I Went there and I met Jaelyn Valladares,who is a great product Specialist Agent that has excellent customer service,product knowledge and a great personality! He’s a great guy he’ll give you a good deal. He knows a lot about all of the cars and can definitely help you get that car that you want for you and your family. Mr. Cameron Shimwell is also the general sales manager, a good leader with superb customer service. I can see where Jaylen Valladeres got a lot of his training from…. Mr. Cameron Shemwell is a very competent professional who loves people and loves the Mitsubishi product and cars that they have at Beaver Mitsubishi ( St. Augustine) It is clear why he’s the general sales manager!

  Good service, service writer was okay. Not as friendly as other Mitsubishi dealers I've been too. They do not wash after service as other dealers do or maybe you have to ask. Very good price for an oil change, and inspection. I would go back.
