Hew and his team worked effortlessly to get me the best deal, warranty, and even had the vehicle delivered directly to my home. I would certainly buy from them again and highly recommend them to anyone I know!

  AJ (Aidan) was very accommodating and I did not feel pressured at all to make a purchase. He has a very nice approach to sales and customer oriented. Ask for him to avid the sales pressure cooker. There was a really rancid odor emitting throughout the car I purchased when I drove it home. Eden, Joseph, & Charles collaborated to diagnose the issue and contacted their Toyota affiliate to make arrangements to have the issue remediated. Their concern and prompt action was unique and refreshing when seemingly profits drive every decision these days in customer service.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had an amazing experience at Beaver Mitsubishi of Saint Augustine! From the moment we arrived, Aydin checked on us to see if we needed anything but gave us space to browse without feeling pressured — which we really appreciated. Once we found the vehicle we loved (even though it was a bit higher in price than we planned), the team worked with us to make it happen and even helped us get out of a car we were upside down on. DJ in finance made the process smooth and stress-free. From start to finish, everything took about 2 hours — by far the fastest and easiest car-buying experience we’ve ever had. And we typically purchase a vehicle every 2–3 years, so we’ve been through this process quite a bit! Hands down the best dealership experience we’ve had. Highly recommend
