  I've used this company in many locations. They all try to up sell you, I get it. It's part of their business plan. But what I experienced here was nothing short of thievery. First was the guy standing at the road with a 50% off sign. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. No 50% off. Second I told them not to mess with the tires as the air pressure was good. Of course they did and changed the pressure I wanted. Also left 2 valve stem caps off which I found out later. But the biggest issue was when they checked the coolant. They take a sample in a device and it floats little balls the better protection the coolant has. Well he takes the sample and all balls float. I know the coolant is good, I JUST changed it. But he proceeds to empty the coolant on the ground thinking I didn't see it and tells me I need to replace the coolant because it has poor cooling protection while showing me an empty tester. THIEF!!!! I'm sure this is probably a regular business practice so buyer beware!!! And by the way, oil was also low when I got home. I did speak to the manager which was lip service as he did not follow up as promised.

  We always Love this car wash, but I just had to get on here and shout out an employee named Quinton. He went above & beyond to answer any questions I had, with such ease & happiness! You can tell he takes pride in his job, awesome guy.

  Manager Zack is awesome. Very attentive, respectful and helpful. He gave us a complimentary air freshener.

  Was a member of the Spring Hill location, Zack West is the "manager". Finally got to get my truck washed since they have been down. Drove up and got out to invert my mirrors and there was a plastic sword on the ground in front of my left front tire, so I kicked it out of the way so not to possibly cause damage to my tire. I get to the drive thru and Zack comes running over and asked me what did I kick, I told him a plastic sword. He proceeds to scold me and told me "you could've at least picked it up and thrown it away in the dumpster instead of kicking it". It was on after that! I told him it's hoa job to make sure debree isn't on the property that could potentially cause harm and I don't work for Take 5, I pay Take 5 monthly. I immediately tried to call customer service and they don't answer tneir phone at all. I have cancelled my membership. Zack is disrespectful to tell a customer that they should pick up the trash in their driveway! I will travel a little further but I will get better cuatomer servicw with no insults up the road at Mister carwash.

  This car wash has recently gone WAY down hill. It used to be very nice and clean but you can tell they are not putting money back into the car wash. Just this week alone it has been completely broken down twice. There is always a piece of equipment in the car wash that is broken. The only reason we have not canceled our membership is because there is no other car wash on county line.
