Oil Change Services

Oil is the lifeblood of every standard vehicle on the road. It's crucial to regularly check your oil and schedule oil change service for your car to ensure it runs properly. Regular service also allows us to check for leaks in your engine that could shorten your vehicle's lifespan and lead to other avoidable problems.

Tire Rotation

Rotating your vehicle's tires is important for maintaining and managing treadwear on your tires, and in some cases is required in order to preserve your tires' warranty.

Brakes Service & Repair

Regular brake inspections help you to know when to service your brakes and can save you money by finding needed repairs before they become severe.

Mufflers & Exhaust

We can service, replace, and repair exhaust systems, catalytic converters, tailpipes, and mufflers. Ensuring these systems are working properly is key to elongating the life of your vehicle and maintaining optimal performance.

Wheel Alignment

Proper wheel and tire alignment helps your car's tires last longer, increases fuel economy, and improves your vehicle's handling. Our highly-trained tire alignment experts are ready to provide you the reliable, quality service you need to get back on the road.

Shocks, Struts & Suspension Replacement

Your vehicle's shocks, struts, and suspension are key components to ensure your vehicle's performance and a more comfortable ride. As such, it's important to properly maintain these components on your vehicle.

Car Battery Replacement and Installation

Nothing ruins a day faster than a dead car battery. Many factors could lead to your car not starting — a bad battery, failed alternator, or worn-out starter are just a few examples. Our highly-trained auto technicians and mechanics have decades of experience diagnosing, repairing, and replacing worn out car batteries. We understand how important a reliable car battery is for your car or truck to run and operate reliably. Every car battery replacement and installation we perform uses trusted brands and comes with a limited warranty on parts and service.

TPMS Sensor Replacement

There's not much worse than getting in your car, turning that key and seeing that little exclamation point icon telling you that you have low tire pressure. But if you just filled up your tires yesterday and you're still seeing that warning, it may be time to replace your vehicle's TPMS sensor.

It's unfortunate I have to give 1 star I'd prefer to give 0 stars. Went in for an oil change July 15th scheduled an appointment and all. Today August 7th had to pay for another oil change elsewhere because the technician who did my oil change didn't put my drain plug back in properly also put the oil cap back on so tight i wasn't able to take it off to add oil when the low oil light came on. When I was at my appointment they suggested new break bads and roaters I'm so glad I didn't proceed with that service since they can't even get an oil change right. Don't learn your lesson the hard way and pay for 2 oil changes in less than 30 days just go to a competitor who can do an oil change correctly. I wanted to give Mavis a shot as I heard great things from other locals. Hope the $100 shotty job was worth losing a customer for. I certainly won't trust another technician here to touch my vehicle.

I was at Mavis Tires & Brakes with an unexpected nail in my tire Friday. The manager, Chris, sent me on my way in record time. I also appreciate the technician who pointed out an issue with my car that would need to be addressed in the future. Chris and his team are the best! Pam J.

I got a nail in my back passenger tire. I already had a new tires to be mounted on the rim. I called a few places and was met with unsatisfactory answers as far as timing goes. I called Mavis and spoke with Chris, told him my issue and he was honest about everything including reasons for why other tire companies would give a “standard” response. This type of customer care is hard to come by especially in the car repair industry. When I arrived I met with Dave, who was also just as honest and easy going to deal with. He made my stressful situation change into one of utter comedy. Not only did they fix my tire they also removed a piece of damaged plastic underneath the car that had nothing to do with my issue for no charge. I’ve never met such honest car repairmen in my life. I will be coming back here for any future needs. Highly recommend this location.

The team provided exceptionally courteous and honest service, promptly repairing my tire without attempting any unnecessary upsells. The facility features a spacious, comfortable waiting area conveniently located within walking distance of a Walgreens and a McDonald's. Service was remarkably efficient, and I want to extend a special thanks to Dave and Chris, whose expertise and transparency alleviated my concerns regarding the cost of a replacement tire. I sincerely appreciate their professionalism and plan to return shortly for my TPMS replacements.

I WISH YOU DIDNT HAVE TO SELECT ONE STAR!!! My experience with this location goes back to April 2022. I purchased a new set of tires for my vehicle and requested an alignment as part of my visit. The manager working at the store had a direct style at the time, but I brushed it off and went on with my day. As part of the tire package, I purchased the warranty as a nail in the tire is a common occurrence in our area. Also, the free rotation was a bonus. Little did I know at the time that the warranty meant they would find ways to deny service at this location if they were overloaded on that day. Since my purchase, I have requested three rotations, and I have conducted two separate alignments at this location. My last alignment was the beginning of the end. The younger man who conducted my alignment left my front tires with an excessive positive camber causing the outer area of the tire to wear prematurely, in addition to that, he must have reinstalled my plastic rim caps with an impact because I lost both front caps within a few hours of departing the store with the screws in place and the plastic shafts still in place. Meaning that they were over tightened at some point. The following week I had another non-Mavis shop look at the front end and they provided that above mentioned feedback about the camber and fixed the camber to stop the wear pattern. In my 4 year experience wit this shop I have heard: We can’t align your lifted truck, (despite already completed it 3 times at this exact shop), we can’t patch you tire after you install a plug, you have the wrong lug nuts and cannot rotate your tires (after they have completed it 3 times already, Specific lug nuts provided by manufacture for aftermarket rim and make specific). I can’t understand in the TPMS world we live in, to not reprogram the sensor location at rotation is just bad business. Lastly, to sit in the lobby and hear how the two reps at the front desk talk about customers after they leave would turn away any descent return business.
