Ordered a tire on Friday to match with my never used spare on a 2023 Jeep Gladiator. Came in on Monday to get it done and was told I would have to purchase an extra tire because they couldn’t use my never used spare! This attempt to up sale is not the first time!

Walter helped when I came in to buy the tires I ordered on line. He was informative and offered suggestions related to other issues that did or could need attention. When I declined, he did and should informed me of possible consequences of delaying the repair. There was no pressure, only accurate information. The prices were quite a savings and the work completed faster than I expected. I will definitely be back.

Mavis tires and brakes are really helpful really down to earth they have awesome music and they're very thorough and ready to get the job done they helped me with my wheelchair I have a wheelchair I was in a motorcycle accident and and they were really helpful and kind. Thank you guys for being so amazing

Absolutely 10/10 experience with Mavis Tire. I called ahead to see if they could mount a tire on the rim for my zero-turn mower, and they told me to come on in. When I got there, the shop was very busy, but they still had someone take care of it immediately. Great customer service, super helpful, and they treated a small job like it actually mattered. That goes a long way with me. I’ll definitely be recommending this location and will be coming back here for all of my tire needs from now on. Great experience all around!

Don’t trust this place my gun turned up missing the day. I dropped off my car for service. No one seems to know what happened even though my gun was in my car inside my bag in my backseat, which means someone went through my car to get to it don’t trust this place. If you have stuff in your car, make sure you take it out before you leave your vehicle here when I called and spoke to the manager. He even reassured that we would find the gun as if he knew someone took it
