  What an amazing experience!! Bret helped me when I came in to his store (in hysterics) while on vacation my rental car got a flat tire. Not only did he get me right in he made sure I was okay and had me back on the road for vacation in no time! Come see Bret for all your car needs, thank you!

  I had one of my tires replaced a month ago and had the low pressure light came on for that tire so I took it back to the store. The manager, Bret Warner, took care of the problem immediately and said it was covered under the road hazard plan. No hassle! I did not even know it HAD road hazard on the tire. Very impressed by the honesty and integrity shown. Not very common these days! They have my business from now on.

  DON'T GO HERE! Took my vehicle there for a balance and rotation. The counter guy was on gallon of coffee, talking at a 100mph. Cars work was done. Tells me rear tires are being rotated straight forward. ok. I left. The tires show the pressures as the same as when I got there. The car tells me the proper rotation pattern is the opposite. I accept it and continue. Told myself ok I'll adjusted at home. 20 min drive. Get home and find out the tires were not rotated. Called and he says I did not ask for rotation. Then verifies he did forget. He admits it was not on the work order. Ok. I asked for a partial refund. He got mad. Tells me a story about free alignments when I buy tires there. Defense strategy I guess. I asked for 4 gallons of windshield washer fluid. I say it a couple times. He agrees and throws in an alignment. OK. I bring it back down. 20 minute drive. They get it on the rack. I'm watching. The technician has sht tools. This guy is working on my nice care? He can't cut the extra part on the tire plug strip, like rubber. He couldn't cut it. Jacking with it? I couldn't believe it. I ignore it and show the tech how to use diagonal cutting pliers. Tires get rotated in the right order cause I explained it. If I didn't specify it, it would have been done wrong. THEN, vehicle is back in the lot. He gives me the card with the free alignment written on the back. Ok. Walk outside with him and ask for the 4 gallons of windshield washer fluid. He says he never agreed to that. He would never give me 4 gallons of windshield washer fluid, he says. He says he thought I said top off the car. I tell him are you kidding me right now, I have to drive all the way back down here because you fill out paperwork wrong and you can't give me 4 gallons of windshield washer fluid? Unreal. If this is their integrity level they should have warning signs out front. I am not ok with this. Don't ever touch my car again. Ridiculous! btw it was all about Oh but I have a free alignment to a place with questionable technicians. No thanks, I'll take the loss. edit: they also left the old weights on the wheel. Just added some. edit: the valve stem caps I got back are generic. This car has caps that go with it.

  Brett, the Shop Manager, and Joe, the Bay Manager were excellent to me. I needed a leaking tire examined and hopefully repaired. They did not try to up sell me. They were courteous and truthful. I am grateful for them and their friendly manner. They treated me like we were friends! I look forward to the next time that I need them!

  The nice men at mavis were truly amazing, They helped me through every step of the way ( which was needed since I know nothing of cars ) they were extremely kind and helpful when my trunk wouldn’t open and they got it no problem and were able to fix my tire very quickly. They are experienced, professional, and kind. I would recommend this place and come back!
