They gave me the run around for 2weeks after telling me I would have a device in my car within a week. Called another company and in 2 days I have my device for my car. The installer for my car personally told me that intoxalock is giving all there clients the run around cause the state of Florida isnt letting them do business right now cause they're systems got hacked and they haven't met the requirements to open back up. All they do is lie. So if anyone needs a interlock device go with another company then intoxalock cause all your going to do is have nothing but problems.
