All I did was call. Mark!! He explained to me what is wrong with my car, tire sensor, and let me know the price up front. I was a mechanic for many years but Mark didn't know that. I let him talk to see what he'd say. 👍🏽

Martin and Mark have a great team! As a woman that doesn't know much about cars, everyone was extremely helpful in explaining what was wrong and prioritizing what needed to get fixed to come up with a plan to fit my budget. I highly recommend this store to anyone that needs a team they can trust!

The Worst Experience Ever at Goodyear on Northcliff
I have been going to the Goodyear on Northcliff for the past three years for vehicle inspections and oil changes. Unfortunately, my experience this year has been extremely disappointing, and I feel that other customers should be aware of what happened to me.
July 02, 2026, I went to Goodyear for a vehicle inspection. I also asked if I could get an oil change while I was there, but I was told they could not fit me in. I went directly to Quick Fix Oil Change instead and then returned to Goodyear.
I was then told that my vehicle failed inspection because the horn did not work and because I needed two back tires. I was never properly shown or given a clear explanation of what was wrong with the tires. I did not argue or become upset. I simply went and replaced the driver-side rear tire.
On August 6, 2026, I replaced the passenger-side rear tire. I drove straight home afterward without any problems whatsoever.
On August 7, I drove to my chiropractor appointment and then returned home with no issues. I called Goodyear afterward and scheduled another vehicle inspection for 4:00 PM. I drove to Goodyear with absolutely no problems. I arrived around 3:30 PM, and my truck was taken into the back around 4:30 PM.
Around 5:00 PM, I was told that I failed the inspection again because the same passenger-side rear tire that I had replaced the night before was supposedly split.
I immediately questioned this because I had literally purchased and installed that tire the previous evening and had driven home from 41 without experiencing any problem. I had also driven to my chiropractor appointment and back home earlier that day without any issue, and I drove to Goodyear without anything being wrong.
The employee took me to the vehicle and showed me what he said was a split in the tire. I asked him to pull the vehicle down so I could see the tire properly and explain that I had just replaced it the night before. At that point, the interaction became rude and confrontational.
I was also concerned because my personal belongings had been moved. I had placed my items on the front passenger seat so that everything I needed for the inspection was visible. When I got the vehicle back, my belongings had been moved neatly onto the center console. I asked about this, as well as my receipt. The supervisor told me that nobody had touched my receipt.
I explained again exactly where I had left everything. I told them that if they gave me my receipt, I could show them that the tire they were claiming was damaged was not even the tire I had purchased the previous night. I was left questioning whether the tire had been changed while my truck was in their possession.
I was also told that they had test-driven my truck and noticed the tire problem. That explanation did not make sense to me. If the tire was visibly split during their test drive, why was the inspection form already partially completed instead of documenting the issue properly from the beginning?
What happened next was even more upsetting. I left Goodyear and broke down only a few miles down the street.
Thankfully, before leaving the situation, I was able to file a police report documenting what happened. I am very grateful that I took that step because I wanted there to be an official record of my concerns and the circumstances surrounding my vehicle and the tire.
I cannot say for certain what happened to my tire while my vehicle was at the shop, and I am not making a claim that I cannot prove. However, the timing and circumstances have left me extremely concerned and feeling that I was not treated honestly or professionally.
After being a customer for approximately three years, this experience has completely changed my opinion of this location.
Please be very careful and inspect your vehicle and tires carefully before leaving this location. Make sure you keep your receipts, document the condition of your vehicle before handing over your keys, and take pictures of your tires, vehicle, and belongings.
