The store has a good selection, and the employees are generally helpful when locating an item or checking which part fits your vehicle. Services such as battery testing and code scanning are also useful. However, the store can become busy, and the wait for assistance may be longer than expected when only a few employees are available. Prices are competitive on some items but higher on others, so it is worth comparing before purchasing. Overall, it is a helpful neighborhood auto-parts store, but faster service and more consistent staffing would improve the customer experience.

  Needed a new battery two dealerships my dealership and then Kia both wanted alot of money Toyota wanted five plus for replacement and labor and Kia wanted 369.25 for replacement and labor. And I would have to drive to New Port Richey and wait for a few hours while they did it..so I call.autozone on shd and Pinehurst right before you hit us 19 off Springhill drive in Springhill florida. Megan answers. I give her my car info she says we got a few options for a new battery replacement for you. I get there she meets me. Super friendly funny and warm and welcoming. We go outside she tests the battery it's at fifty percent. So I need a new one. She shows me the options. But then she says listen I can't change it for you I'm sorry 😔. So now I'm upset again not mad disappointed. But... She immediately says I.mean I can't physically change it it's in a awkward position it's very heavy. So I'll go see if one of my coworkers can change it for us. So then I meet Gregory I believe. I go in pay for my new battery. Then Gregory comes out brings some tools and changes the battery in like five minutes. Double checks it and says your all set sir. I'm blown away by there friendly attitudes and kindness and how comfortable they made me feel. I wanted to give Megan a hug but I felt it might be a little inappropriate. So I just said thank you. And actually every single person I spoke with in that store was friendly and helpful and answered every question I asked. I spoke to a few of the other employees while I was waiting. So I hope AutoZone knows how lucky they are to have such awesome professional knowledgeable and friendly warm staff at this location. Just beyond happy and grateful. THANK YOU AGAIN MEGAN AND GREGORY. OH AND I HAD A WHITE KIA CARNIVAL THAT NEEDED THE NEW BATTERY AMD IT WAS A SUNDAY. AWESOME STORE AWESOME EMPLOYEES. AUTOZONE GIVE THEM A RAISE AND PROMOTION. YOU GOT WINNERS WORKING AT THAT LOCATION!!!! One last thing. Autozone only charged me for the battery. And it was around 279.00 I believe. So thank.you again amazing great store and employees
