  Stopped in with a punctured tire and no appointment. Ben at check-in was super nice and quick to help. I was in and out the door in less than 30 mins with my tire patched up and like new. Also- all 4 tires and car battery wer checked as part of the service which I thought was a nice plus! thank you :)

  The guys at this store were friendly and helpful, and the service was quick. The waiting area was clean, with a TV and restroom. There was some miscommunication about what tires were available however. I would probably go back here again.

  This place is a straight-up den of thieves. I went in for two tires I had already selected online for $72.99 each. Simple, right? Not here. The guy behind the counter tried to hit me with $500 like I wouldn’t notice. When I called him out, it magically dropped to $300. Still wrong. Then, like some shady magic trick, it became $246. Still about $100 more than it should’ve been, but after piling on their usual nonsense fees, I just got it over with. It gets better. That same day, driving to work, I noticed my steering wheel was no longer centered—something that was perfectly fine before I brought my car in. I called the next day, and the same guy told me to bring it back… just “not today” because they were “super busy.” Convenient. A week later I show up, and suddenly it’s excuse after excuse. Now they claim changing tires has nothing to do with the steering wheel being off (which is laughable), and they want me to pay extra for an alignment. On top of that, they had the nerve to suggest maybe I hit a pothole after leaving—as if I wouldn’t notice that immediately. Zero accountability. And if that wasn’t enough, I watched the manager basically rob an older man right in front of me. The guy clearly needed tires, and they pushed “Ironman” tires at $205 each, pretending those were the cheapest option. That’s complete BS—there are definitely cheaper tires out there. The poor guy pushed back a little but ended up paying nearly $1,300 after all their inflated charges and junk fees. These people have no shame. They will take advantage of anyone they can—especially if they think you don’t know better. Honestly, they’d probably rip off their own grandparents if given the chance. Stay far away.
