- LMLimay Martíneztoday2.0Very Disappointing Service – No Coffee at Midnight! I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this RaceTrac location in South Bay, Florida. At 12:00 AM, there was no coffee available, and the customer service was very poor. Midnight is exactly when many travelers need coffee the most! People driving long distances stop at gas stations because they are tired and need a break before continuing their journey. It is disappointing that a gas station serving nighttime travelers cannot provide something as basic as fresh coffee and respectful customer service. What is the point of being open all night if you are not prepared to serve customers when they need you most? I hope management takes this complaint seriously. Travelers deserve better service, especially late at night!
