  The workers were competent and capable. The person who helped me was friendly and clear with his instructions. I did not feel forced, coerced, or manipulated into doing more than I wanted to with my car. I was shown the air filter, and I could see all (most) parts of the service process. I did a full European oil change, tire rotation, and air fill. I did not need an air filter or wiper blade replacement. I was even shown the tire that had a nail stuck in it. I wish you guys patched tires, too! Anyway, thank you to this incredible team!

  Coupon presented for discount was not honored, tire pressure was never checked, seem like they rushed my service and couldn't wait for me to go.

  I was not given the discount I presented the coupon for. In addition, they did not check the pressure in my tires nor did they seem to be very interested in giving me service. I was very disappointed compared to other times I had been to this facility. It was like night and day.
