  Been waiting like 2 hours and they didn't even replace my tires like I asked them to over the phone and they just wanted to put a plug in one that I already did that didn't work that's why I wanted it replaced along with the other back tire.

  I took my car to Tire Kingdom last week because of vibration and noise issues. Since the car was already there, I also asked them to do the 10k maintenance service. Before leaving the car, I specifically asked how long it would take, and they told me “a few hours.” I dropped it off around 8:30 AM expecting it to be done sometime around noon. Instead, I spent the entire day chasing updates. Every time I called, they kept saying “it’s not done yet.” When I finally went there after work around 4 PM, the car was still not finished. The employees were standing around joking and wasting time. At one point, four employees gathered around the car just to replace a wiper blade while joking around. Then a girl walked into the shop, and suddenly half the staff came into the customer waiting area trying to talk to her instead of working on customers’ vehicles. I ended up waiting almost 3 more hours there. From 8:30 in the morning until almost 6 PM, they basically held both me and my car hostage all day. The worst part is they DID NOT even fix the vibration and noise problems I originally brought the car in for. On top of that, the prices were outrageously high. Honestly, one of the most unprofessional, disorganized, and unserious repair shops I’ve ever seen in my life. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

  Went in for 2 tires and Frank M helped me out took care of it i was in a out in no time. I had an great experience with Frank and team they are great people very friendly and good at what they do.. Tire Kingdom on Parsons will allways be my number 1 stop. Thanks again for great service.

  I went Tire Kingdom for what I thought was a tire balance issue. Cesar took the car in and provided a thorough inspection BEFORE attempting to do any labor on the vehicle. What I thought was a balance issue turned out to be a faulty motor mount! Thank you Cesar for the professionalism on this service visit.

  Very disappointing experience at Tire Kingdom. I came in for a simple single tire balance and was told by Frank M that he would take care of me right after the car they were currently working on. I waited patiently while they finished that vehicle, but once they were done, nobody updated me and the staff ended up going to lunch instead. I sat there for about 40 extra minutes with no communication and no effort to follow through on what I was told. It felt very unprofessional and frustrating, especially for such a quick and simple service. False promises and poor communication wasted my time, so I ended up leaving and going somewhere else.
